We feed raw has prompt, professional customer service! I emailed them as I thought I would run out of dog food and they added it to the next delivery schedule! I would recommend we feed raw to anyone!!! My dog loves it and I can tell the difference. I feel they truly care about dogs’ health and not just making a buck.

We recently moved and there wasn't a raw pet food option local to us so we tried WFR. So far we've been very happy with the convenience of the delivery and the customer service is top notch. The new packaging also makes opening each serving a breeze!

When we adopted our GSD - we were very interested in getting him on a raw food diet -but it can be tricky to get it right. We did our research and found We Feed Raw. Not only did it give him a "glow up" but GSDs are notorious for having stomach issues - and to put it bluntly we have none of that - he's a perfect pooper. Been using it for the almost 4 years since we adopted him - outstanding product - great customer service - is it a luxury product? Yes it is - but if it works with your budget I believe you'll be very pleased.

Ease of transition. My dog loves it she ate right away. Trying 4 hours a day to get her to eat doesn’t seem to b a problem anymore.

My dog absolutely loves it and excited about meals now. I switched him to raw to help with some digestive issues that were causing other problems and he has been doing amazing since. His gut problems have disappeared. The digestive health powder for transitioning that they put in your first box helped so much too. The only down side is the cost, but totally worth it to see him this happy.

Obviously I will never know what a dog tastes or desires in a food, but I know my boy is a spoiled and picky eater. On top of that, as with many GSD, he has a host of food allergies. We Feed Raw offers the proteins he can eat, and in a manner he enjoys. But beyond the product, I have to review the great people that make it all happen. I frequently have questions or concerns that are immediately answered. And most recently, the good people at WFR reached out before these severe cold fronts with warnings about possible delays, giving me the option on shipping. Granted, it is in their best interest to not have perishable lost in shipping. But the added effort of receiving a text message addressed to me about making sure my dog's food supply was covered is simply going above and beyond in not only creating exceptional customer service, it's ensuring that I appreciate the effort to want to remain a customer for as long as I am blessed to be a pet owner. I know technology allows for mass communication, and businesses exist for profit. Its caring enough to go the extra distance to get the message out there that shows the commitment to customer that builds brand identity and loyalty. It's working!!!
