Skippy enjoyed the raw feed food; He turned into an aggressive feeder! Thank You

Let us know if we need to adjust Skippy's meal plan in any way. We may want to evaluate his portion size if he is showing signs of aggression during meal times. Most pet parents actually report an improvement in behavior when switching to a species-appropriate raw diet. Let us know if we can help!

They changed the shape and say it's better but it's not. The flat packaging was so much better than this rectangular thick packaging. The glue you are using smells sour, I can smell it on my hands every time, and sure it's causing some sort of chemical contamination if i can smell it on my hands 100% of the time. And now they don't stack a neatly in my freezer like they use to. Now I get triangle shaped blocks, indented ones, etc. A triangle block slid out and hit my foot one time.

Hi Brandon, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for being a repeat customer. We’re sorry to hear the updated patty format has made the experience less convenient for you. We understand that the previous flatter packaging was easier for some customers to stack, store, and thaw, especially when freezer space is limited or when feeding only a portion at a time. We also appreciate you flagging the concern about an unusual odor when handling the packaging. Our packaging is selected for food-safe use, but we take feedback like this seriously and have shared it with our packaging and production teams for review. We’re glad to hear that Shakti likes the food, but we’re sorry the new format has impacted your overall experience. Your feedback about the shape, storage, stacking, and usability has been passed along to the appropriate teams. Thank you again for your feedback. We Feed Raw Customer Care Team

This is the only food that my dog absolutely loves to eat. She keeps a healthy weight and has less skin issues and smaller less frequent poops

I have an 11 year old terrier and a 4 year old Pourtgeese Podengo. They devour every bite of food at each meal. Terrier even carries his bowl into the other room to continue licking it clean! They maintain their ideal weight, have beautiful coats, good energy and are content dogs. I like the variety and easy to open packages. Customer service is very nice helping with your order.

Packaging is terrible. Hard to pack into a freezer hard to cut open. I supplement so I use a whole one, but I’m assigned to only use a portion, that would be impossible to cut and pack as is. The old packaging was equally poor but the benefit was it was easier to store as it laid flat in a freezer, therefore defrosting more efficiently. I don’t know if this was done to keep the meat frozen longer during shipping but it seems like you’re passing the inconvenience onto the customer rather than shipping it better. Food is fine, dog likes it. If I don’t feed too much of it she is okay, if I fed her full on it, she’d get diarrhea. She was preciously fully raw fed DIY.

Hi Candice, Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad to hear your dog likes the food, but we’re sorry the packaging has been frustrating to use and store. We understand that freezer space, thawing, and portioning matter a lot, especially when you’re supplementing or not feeding a full patty at once. The updated packaging was designed with food safety and shipping integrity in mind, and now includes a peel tab to make opening easier without cutting it. That said, we hear your concerns about storage and portioning, and we’ve shared this feedback with our team as we continue evaluating the customer experience with the new format. We Feed Raw

The quality of the meat options are 5 star. My Australian labradoodle suffer from an early age with pancreatic inflammation and other symptoms. When I switched to the all raw diet, it went away and she is excited to eat her food again! Customers service is a breeze as well. Good for over weight dogs, and active dogs!
