I have two dogs, one is a 9 yo Great Pyrenees who loves We Feed Raw and has shown a better coat and digestion, he used to be very picky but now he gets very excited about his food. My second pup is a Corgi, 5 months, Sam contacted me to help me choose the best meal plan for her. I can say that this is one of the best customer service because they really care about our dogs :)

We Feed Raw is awesome Their staff and support team is amazing and will help guide you to the best meal plan for your dog or puppy. My giant schnauzer loves the food and as a puppy he didn’t like the puppy kibble and the canned food didn’t agree with his stomach super bad stinky gas. We switched to We Feed Raw and he loves it no gas and he is happy and healthy and growing like he should be I couldn’t recommend it enough for and alternative to kibble or canned, it’s how dogs were meant to be fed. Our family loves we feed raw. We started both of our Goldens on WFR at the beginning of the new year and have seen great upsides since. One being they're so excited for meal time now. One of them has terrible skin problems and the raw has definitely helped. Just don't forget to thaw the night before LOL

We just started We Feed Raw a few weeks ago and oh my goodness! My 3 fur-babies get SO excited when it's mealtime now! They grazed on kibble and sometimes would not eat at all, which always bothered us. Plus it was a pain when our grand-fur-baby would come to stay because the food would have to be picked up (he'd eat all their kibble!). Not any more- they are part of the "clean bowl club" after every meal (and we feed twice a day!). AND their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! I have asked LOTS of questions (through online chat, through text, through their FB page) and they are prompt, polite, and just very helpful! Super excited to see my babies thrive on We Feed Raw!! ❤️

This company advertises custom meal plans. These plans are not custom at all. I learned the hard way that they only package their meat in 6oz or 16 oz packages for their custom meal plans. So if you dog doesn't require either of those amounts each meal you still have to measure and separate meat for each meal. Their "custom meal plans" are much more expensive then buying tubes of meat however I was more than willing to pay for the ease and convenience of having individual size meal packages. Which is what I ordered and did not receive. No where on this companies website do they mention this. Upon contacting them with my disappointment I was basically told I should have sent them and email before my order to ask them if I would be getting the size packages that my dog requires in the custom meal plan I ordered.

Having GSD puppies we often need to adjust the quantity of food we order (boarding/training, puppies growing like weeds, etc). Dealing with We Feed Raw customer support is always easy and creatively figuring out how to resolve my questions. I look forward to having simple, efficient chats with these folks (unlike dreading to go into a support chat room of large service providers). These folks are the best!

I have a 110lb Great Pyrenees puppy who refuses to eat kibble, wet food, or anything like that. It was becoming incredibly stressful - he wouldn't eat for several days at a time, and he's still a growing boy. I decided to give We Feed Raw a try, and he's been gobbling it down every day for several months now. He absolutely loves their patties, and it's very convenient for us humans to have his food delivered. No issues with shipping, and my pup is the absolute picture of health. I love seeing how excited he is about mealtimes now! (The cat is very jealous, though).
