I started my 4 1/2 month old Aussiedoodle on her We Feed Raw meals 4 days ago. Previously, she seemed to not like the kibble I was feeding her, taking the whole day to clean her dish, even then, leaving some. During the transforming to the raw diet, I mix kibble with raw. She cleans the dish, leaving only some kibble not mixed with the raw. Tomorrow starts the raw only. I have a feeling she will be very happy.

Product came well packaged and chilled with dry ice. It was over 100 degrees out when deliver and it was still frozen. The meats are conveniently packaged in 16 ounce servings. My only recommendation on packaging would be to make the packages easier to open. We have two Cane Corso pups. They are 8 months and 7 months. They are on high end kibble plus raw. I split a 16 Oz package between them with their morning feedings. My female was a little reluctant with the cold and mushy texture but once she tried it, she cleared her bowl in record time. My male.... He took one bite and never looked back. He's usually my slower eater and he we done in minutes. To say they both like this product would be an understatement. They love it!

Update - one year later: Our Rottweiler is now 18 months old. Her coat, weight, and health are perfect. Some other things we’ve noticed: - Our pups energy is great - WFR food looks like food. Some of the other companies, their food looks gray - One of the biggest concerns on my mind was chemicals and added hormones but our pup has grown in a normal way - she’s had one heat cycle whereas some of the other pup parents from the litter who are using Costco chicken and cheaper raw food companies are experiencing a LOT of hormonal issues. - I feel good about the food we’re giving her and she loves it. - WFR also takes the guess work out of “how much” to feed. Our girl is happy and healthy and we got 5 stars from the vet. I trust We Feed Raw - and I can’t say that about a lot of companies. 2023: So far my experience has been really good. There was one mixup but Clarissa helped resolve it quickly and professionally making me feel like a valued customer. Our puppy who has always eaten raw seems to like the food. I personally love that it’s well-balanced, easy to defrost with little to no mess. It took all the worry out of trying to find the best and balanced meal for our growing puppy. So far, I highly recommend :)

Great experience overall. Easy, convenient. And I take confidence in knowing this company has done their due diligence to prepare the food in a sanitary manner. My dog has pretty bad IBD so I’ve been cooking for him 100%. Since then, he hasn’t thrown up since being on my homecooked meal at all. I want to add more nutritional value to his diet, so I started him on the 50% WFR plan on Sunday. I don’t mix his cooked food with raw. Instead, I put his raw food first in a bowl. Then have him eat it. Once he’s done, I clean the bowl thoroughly then serve him his cooked food after. He’s usually very picky about his food (if it’s not cooked) because kibble and canned food historically causes him discomfort. Even prescription foods included. He actually surprised me by taking to the raw food right away after a few licks (no need to sear or add anything), and it hasn’t caused him any discomfort. I started him first day at less than 25% because he will throw it up the next day if something doesn’t sit well with his stomach. To my great happiness - no vomiting, and no stomach upsets the next day - so this is very good. If all goes well after a few weeks into this, I’ll continue to keep him going on a 50% raw diet. Very happy with the support rep too. I paused the subscription for a bit (none to the fault of WFR team) but more out of wanting to slowly transition my dog to the full 50%. Even though things are going well, he tends to exhibit symptoms over food two or three weeks into the diet so I’m playing it cautiously. This is what happened with his prescription food back then. But so far, very happy he hasn’t thrown anything up. Look forward to continuing if he does well and does not react to it.

Our Sammy is now excited for his morning and evening meals! We tried several fresh foods and he had little interest so this has been a blessing. We feel good about what he is eating and are now worry free about if he will eat. Thanks We Feed Raw!

I decided to transition my puppy from cooked fresh food to a raw diet for health purposes , found this food online it came in a timely manner packaged very nicely in individual portion size packages ,box also included a storage container for the food which is good quality. Food included transition instructions and a tube of tasty topper for dog to help in transition if necessary. Let me tell you I put a small amount of raw food on top of her fresh cooked food( didn’t use any of included topper)unsure of how she would like it or even eat it, she smelled it and gobbled it up completely in record time, reached cooked fresh food and didn’t want it she wanted more raw! She LOVES this food, it is a hit with my dog and is very good quality. I highly recommend We Feed Raw and your dog will thank you for it with a clean dish every time begging for more.😃

So far my dog is in love with raw. She seems more satisfied between meals. And she is not chewing her front legs! Highly recommend

I have a 17 month old male basenji who is extremely picky. We tried farmers dog and he refused to eat it, then we tried ollie and he refused to eat that also. He smelled and walked away. The moment we gave him we feed raw he gobbled it down and wanted more. His allergies are already improving after only a few weeks on we feed raw. He didn't like the topper that came with the trial box and he also didn't like quail egg or bone broth. He just loves the food as it comes. I was a bit scared about raw but it's actually super easy and by cutting the pack in 2 ounce servings I know exactly how much he's eating. Enzo is definitely a happy basenji
