We've been using We Feed Raw for a year, now. Our Boxer was doing super on it, until recently. Her coat was beautiful, her energy was amazing. She is two years old. A couple of months ago the packaging changed. We don't know if it's related, but this is when our girl's issues started. Her skin is raw, there's hair loss all around her eyes, her ears... she's lethargic nothing we do seems to help. So we decided, after much deliberation, to take her off of We Feed Raw. Something has changed, and we are sad to have to go, but our girl is not doing well, at all.

Hi Kendall, we're so sorry to hear that. Every dog is different. We encourage you to work closely with your trusted veterinarian to determine the cause of your sweet girl's symptoms and formulate a proper treatment plan. For your reference and note to discuss with your vet, when we upgraded our packaging, we also included kelp in our recipes -- this was communicated to all customers via email at the time of transition. We only include 0.05% kelp, which is a very small, intentional amount used solely as a natural source of trace minerals and iodine, not as a primary ingredient or filler. At this inclusion level, kelp does not meaningfully impact taste, texture, or overall nutrient balance, and it remains well within safe, appropriate ranges for dogs when fed as directed. As we mentioned, every dog is different and it's possible that your pup is sensitive to this particular ingredient based on the timeline and presentation of symptoms that you mentioned. Since the first communication I had with the team at We Feed Raw, the authentic, human-to-human communication and service has been outstanding! WFR was recommended as the food of preference by my pups’ breeder) from the start of our life together. My two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels love and are thriving on it. Their coats are glossy and their interest in their meals is consistently enthusiastic! The deliveries are always on time. And the customer service assistance working out how much, how often and what to feed has been outstanding!

My dog is happy with the meals from We Feed Raw. I'm dissatisfied with the packaging, specifically the pull tab to open the packet. I have significant arthritis in my hands & the tab is not big enough to get a good grip on it. I have to use a knife to open the package by cutting around three sides of it.

I'm glad to have found a healthy food that at least one of my pups will eat. There has always been a quick & friendly response whenever I've had to text with a question or concern (usually getting the right amount of food shipped). That said, I must admit that I find the pricing a bit steep...mainly because I'm on a fixed income, and I have several other mouths to feed. But, it is the only healthy dog food that I can get Harley to eat.

I’m ecstatic how much my dog likes this food. My dog is extremely picky eater. I will only feed high quality food to her. Delivery was quick I jokingly refer to this as her doggy crack! She will eat it up.

I only have the first order so no experience with changing or canceling but the dog likes the raw wet food and the kibble. I think if they had a split option it would be better because we want that.
