⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Cavapoo, Candace, basically decided at 8 months old that kibble was beneath her. 😂 She sat back from her bowl, looked at us, and simply refused to eat it. First-time dog parents that we were, we realized maybe it was time to rethink what we were feeding her. We moved to Ollie, which she loved, then JustFoodForDogs because I’m a foodie and apparently decided my dog needed a broader menu too. 😂 Both were fantastic, but about a year ago I started reading about raw feeding and We Feed Raw. The nutrition made sense to us, the ingredients were straightforward, and we decided to give it a try. Candace LOVES it. Like, actual dancing-around-the-kitchen-while-we-make-her-food loves it. 🐶💃🏾🥩 A year later, she is still just as excited for every meal. But what really pushed me to write this review was their customer service. My husband and I spend about three months every summer in Europe, and obviously We Feed Raw doesn’t ship internationally. We’ve traveled with Candace’s food for years, so this summer I contacted them because I needed our shipment timed as closely as possible to our departure from NYC. Their team was incredible. They worked with me on the delivery timing, answered all of my questions about keeping the food safely frozen, gave me very thoughtful guidance and warnings, and genuinely tried to help us make the logistics work. We were able to bring Candace’s summer supply with us, and now, nearly three months later, we’re finishing it almost exactly when planned. 🙌🏾 We supplement her meals with collagen now that she’s five because we want to keep those little joints moving forever, but We Feed Raw is the foundation of her diet and she absolutely thrives on it. Great food. Amazing customer service. And, most importantly, one extremely happy little Cavapoo who still dances for dinner every single day. 🐾❤️🥩 We are SO happy we found We Feed Raw.

I started using "We feed Raw" for my 11 yr old shih tzu who is battling severe yeast internally and externally. This company has gone above and beyond to help me with changing shipments and replacing a order that I was concerned about. I can not be happier with the customer service and I appreciate your striving to help me even when I know it is last min and her diet needed to change. Thank you!

Our Zoey was a 5 month old puppy when we first tried Raw food and it took time to transition her off off kibble her breeder had her on. Some days she still doesn't seem real crazy about the raw food, while other days she can't get enough. We feed combo of raw and freeze dried raw and various topper food and seemed to have found a mix she is happy with.

My dogs absolutely LOVE this food. I switched from The Farmers Dog and they are doing so much better on their Raw diet. Soft shiny coats and way less poop (who doesn't want less poop to clean up lol). Feeding them We Feed Raw was the best thing I could have ever done for them. It actually gives me joy watching them eat

I love the product, but unfortunately that’s the only good thing I have to say about it. I hate the online interface and shipping system. The website is limited and difficult to navigate. Things that should be simple and easy to do are not. The shipping system is less than desirable, it’s difficult to prepare for when an order will ship and when it will be delivered and as they are frozen things that you’d like to attend to quickly, it’s frustrating to have lack of control and information about delivery times. Also changes need to be made well in advance which isn’t ideal seeing as the products are expensive and you should be able to get what you want/need out of it. Their saving grace is how superior I find their food to be, if not for that I would’ve canceled by now.
