They way undervalued my iPhone 15 pro…
They way undervalued my iPhone 15 pro max, 4 devices includes 2 iphone 15 plus . They would say it has a scratch when they received my iPhones. They are used for Medical Staffing and are in flawless condition since we know the resell value of these devices reason we take care of these devices very very well !!! They attempted to scam me off !!!!

However, we want to clarify that the price adjustments were based on the actual condition of the devices when they arrived at our facility. You mentioned that the phones were in “flawless” condition. Even a device that has been carefully maintained can develop scratches or other marks that affect its resale grade. We also did not keep the devices.
