I paid for them to create the website and upon "completion" they wanted more money to "fix" an issue that had to do with google and the ADA, immediately wanting more money. When I refused, they hung up on me without giving me access to the website I paid for them to create. Update: I never used this website or received a refund. After the above review, I received a phone call stating they would give me access to the website I paid for, IF I agreed to take down my review.

The payment you made covered the agreed website design and development. The item you mentioned related to Google and ADA compliance is not part of the standard website package and is usually treated as an additional service across the industry. That said, we did not force this as a requirement. In fact, we provided ADA-related improvements to you on a complimentary basis to support your website, even though it was outside the original scope. At no point did we ask for extra payment for the work already agreed upon. The suggestions shared were optional and meant to improve your website’s performance and compliance. Regarding access, we do not hold back client websites without reason. If there was any miscommunication or interruption, it was not intentional and does not reflect how we normally operate. Since the company is in the USA, there was no language barrier because most had English as their first language. I loved the website they designed for me. It exceeded my expectations. Also, Jeff was able to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand and he aimed to please. I highly recommend this company.
