BEWARE OF WEBSITE ASPIRE with *UPDATE*
**UPDATE AFTER 2 YEARS!!** 5/5/26 -Outline of events from two years ago (all times are Central) 6/4/24 1:16 pm - I emailed my cancellation request and very specific reason why, offering to pay them for the time they've already put into our project. 6/4/24 6:17 pm - 'Jason Brown's' email response of regret and of option of partial refund. 6/6/24 6:30 pm - 'Jason Brown's' reply to "refund $224 upon my acknowledgement." "we will deduct the production charges and refund you the hosting services charges within the next 25 working days." 6/7/24 8:41 pm - I email my acknowledgement/acceptance of his refund offer. *****WAITING PATIENTLY FOR 25 WORKING DAYS***** 7/24/24 9:19 am - I follow up back with 'Jason Brown' by email saying that we haven't seen the agreed upon refund. 7/31/24 10:22 am - I email a follow up to both 'Jason Brown' and my initial contact email of [email protected] o m. I also let them know I have also left two voicemail messages. 8/1/24 10:50 am - I continue to follow up with another email and voicemail messages. 8/2/24 - 8:48 am - I asked one more time warning him that I will begin researching to whom I may file a complaint against them. 8/5/24 - 10:43 am - I signed up with Trust Pilot and left my opinion of their poor service. 8/5/24 - 11:03 am - I also filed a complaint with the TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL. 8/19/24 - 3:35 pm - I forwarded the email notification from Trustpilot that 31 people have read my review to 'Jason Brown' and my initial contact email - [email protected] o m. 8/20/24 - 1:23 pm - took a call from 'Jason Brown' acting like he had no idea what I was talking about. I reviewed it all for him and that we had agreed on a partial refund of $224. Ignoring that he again tried to sell me that our website needed updating. After saying "I was just trying to review with you" - he hung up when I pressed him about our refund. **DON'T LIE AND SAY YOU HAVE NO RECORD BECAUSE YOU DO/DID!!!!!*** You may have ignored and deleted my emails and voicemails but I REMEMBER and want to warn others. Now you have record as I've outlined above it above. What a poor way to do business. Original review - We engaged Website Aspire to host and re-create our website (original one went down for unknown reason). After agreeing on the price and paying we were handed off to Beacon Digital out of Fayetteville, GA (name on our credit card charge). Our original website came back on line and since we really hadn't planned on a new website anyway we requested to cancel our new one. We agreed to pay them for the work they'd done thus far and to be refunded the $224 website hosting fee. After waiting the 25 business days we never received a refund so I began making contact. Our emails and voicemail messages are left unanswered.
Response from Website AspireMay 5, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all client concerns seriously and would like to respectfully clarify a few points. First, we want to assure you that both Website Aspire and our associated billing/processing entities operate legitimately, and it is not uncommon for transactions to appear under a registered billing partner’s name. This is disclosed as part of our service and payment process. Regarding your project, our records indicate that work had already been initiated based on the agreed scope before the cancellation request was made. As discussed, partial charges were applied accordingly. With respect to the hosting fee refund, we sincerely regret any delay or miscommunication you may have experienced. However, we have no record of unresolved refund requests that meet the criteria under our agreed terms, and we strongly encourage you to reach out directly with your project or invoice details so we can properly investigate. We do not ignore client communications, and it’s important to us that every concern is addressed. There are instances where messages may not reach the appropriate department or may lack sufficient details to locate an account. We remain committed to maintaining transparency and delivering professional service to all of our clients. Sincerely, Website Aspire,
