Honestly, I would not recommend website aspire to any one- specially if you really need a website for long term business sustainment. First, they don't deliver on the promesse. It took this company 1 year to to build my home care site. They have no experience, no expertise. After they finally delivered, all the functionslities were not working and they could not fix it. Case in point: contact me form, intake form, job application not working. More over, they charged $250/year for a single domain- they don't tell you the truth in front. What is unlawfully is that they retain the ownership of your domain name and site hosting; and charge you $600/year for hosting and $400/year for the domain name, wait a mn they also charge $600 to transfert the domain name ownership to you. Others: Very poor communication No customer service/no person to answer your call Employer retention rate =0 The PM verry arrogant Please don't do the same mistake like I did I actually lost $1600 on useless website- and I still don't own it - only US Court could resolve the matter They are just there to scam

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we have ever had with a web developer. After the website was completed, we discovered multiple errors and functionality issues. We spent over three months trying to get someone to respond and fix the problems. Email after email, message after message—nothing. We were completely ignored. What made it even worse was that we never received proper backend access or control of our own website. We repeatedly requested access for months and got nowhere. Imagine paying for a website and then being locked out of managing it yourself while the developer refuses to respond. The website itself was poorly built, full of issues, and many promised fixes were never completed. Support was essentially non-existent. Once payment had been made, it felt like nobody cared about delivering a working product or helping the client. After months of being ignored, we finally gave up and moved on. Then, six months later, out of nowhere, they came back asking for additional money for items that were never part of the original agreement. At that point, it honestly felt like every interaction was about extracting more money rather than providing service or honoring commitments. Terrible communication. Terrible support. Terrible accountability. If you are considering working with this company, make sure every feature, every deliverable, every access permission, every future charge, and every support commitment is documented in writing. Our experience was a complete nightmare, and we strongly regret choosing to work with them.

I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. I paid this company more than $3,500 for website-related services. During the process, I was informed about additional costs, including what I understood to be a requirement to pay for three years of access to their servers. After already making a substantial financial investment, I was presented with another package that I was encouraged to purchase. When I decided that I did not want to purchase the additional package, my website subsequently became nonexistent/inaccessible. After paying thousands of dollars, I am extremely disappointed that my website is no longer available. They locked me out of my out account and stole my website. And refused to give me my website. What concerns me most is the way the additional costs and services were presented throughout the process. In my experience, the information regarding costs and access was not transparent, and I feel that I was pressured toward purchasing additional services. I have also been made aware that this company operates under the name Website Iconix as well. I encourage anyone considering doing business with them to carefully research the company, obtain everything in writing, understand all hosting/server fees, and make sure you know exactly what happens to your website if you decline additional services. Also, they switch their company name around to prevent legal proceedings and bad reviews. This company is not legit. Do not trust Jonathan or Daniel. Do not let the biblical names fool you. Putting it bluntly this outfit is a scam that is located in India. WEBSITE BARREL and WEBSITE ASPIRE are one and the same. The they simply use a number of emails and phone numbers. The individual keep changing his name. He is an Indian using English names. He uses an individual with a Houston Texas phone number as the initial contact. To put start the scam he says that it’s 100% refund he then refers the customer to a Los Angeles number. I was contacted by this Houston person I asked if the website designer was listed with the Better Business Bureau’s. His answer was no but I give a 100% refund. I paid $749 to design a website after a few days the person I was dealing with that went by the name Martin insisted that I must purchase hosting through Him. This is identical to what WEBSITE BARREL insisted a few years before to the tune of $400 a year after realizing this I emailed the person to point out that out. He did a disappearing act by not replying to me I filed a complaint with the credit card company, that wound up being a waste of time. I lost $ 749.00 I would admonish anyone reading this review to stay away from both of the aforementioned names

I paid for them to create the website and upon "completion" they wanted more money to "fix" an issue that had to do with google and the ADA, immediately wanting more money. When I refused, they hung up on me without giving me access to the website I paid for them to create. Update: I never used this website or received a refund. After the above review, I received a phone call stating they would give me access to the website I paid for, IF I agreed to take down my review.

I have been trying to get our ecommerce rolling since January. It is now May and come to find out they may not be able to assist as it is too technical. I don't feel that they are qualified to do what the initial sales person you will speak with guarantees they can. Now I am out $$$ and have to find another designer to integrate with our drop shipper since I can't get a return phone call to discuss.

Website Aspire does not appear to be a legitimate company. They are doing business illegitimately in California and in Texas. We have filed a lawsuit against the company in California and are looking forward to doing the same in Texas. This company does business as Website Aspire in Los Angeles, CA and are also doing business as Website Aspire and Digital Turbix in Katy/Sugarland, Texas. They do not appear to be registered in both States as legitimate businesses. We engaged them to design a website. They charged our credit card in advance and provided no services or work product. We are still chasing after them in multiple States to recover our money. Be warned!
