Honest review with ups and downs
Honestly, I got off to a rocky start with this company. First, but minor compared to other things, I am in EST and the company is in PST. As far as I can tell there is no one working EST. It made contacting and communication difficult. (PLEASE READ TO BOTTOM) Some of the communication difficulty WAS on ME as the first person I worked with was way more technical than I understood. I am very new to the whole website and a new business owner. Being in my late 50's communication on what I wanted to see on the website and what was being done was Mars to Venus different. There is also a language barrier for me as I have not worked with many people from different backgrounds. When I ask for a refund, I was given a different person to speak with, named Jeff. Still language barrier but understood my concerns better. He assigned a new manager Emma, again a language barrier. What I wish to STRESS, is the company will go out of their way to assist and make your site the way you want it. I am content with the final product. Jeff and Emma were good to work with even with my difficulty understanding the technical issues and language. Even after I made my final payment Emma worked with me to get a few things figured out. I would recommend websiteaspire.com. Just be aware of the time issue and language. If you have issues just ask to speak with someone else as many people at this company will help you.
