The platform is stable. It allows us to run webinars smoothly. The platform lacks some feature. 1- The ability to send more than one SMS reminders. 2- SMS marketing being a great asset to increase the show up rate, the inability to send multiple SMS reminders on webinar is a killer.

A great functional service and mostly easy to navigate and set up. My gripe is that the emails we can send from the platform do not arrive well formatted - & I cannot see how to change that. Even their own email to me asking for this feedback was poorly positioned on the page!
