WebinarJam offers a seamless experience for hosting webinars with its user-friendly interface and high-definition video quality. The platform is fairly priced and comes with a variety of customizable features for a personalized experience. Although there's a slight delay in live broadcasting, it doesn't hinder the overall user experience. Additionally, the 24/7 live support and extensive training resources are a boon for users at all levels. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host professional and engaging webinars.

In 2020 the company sold lifetime subscriptions to gain revenue and user count. On Sept. 27, 2023 they sent me an email explaining that my ENTERPRISE level account was being discontinued and they were offering me the "opportunity" to subscribe to their ENTERPRISE level account for $99 a month for the next 12 months. No mention of what they will do to the account after 12 months either. Yeah, unethically deleting my lifetime subscription that I paid a lot of money for to support the company in its early stages just to offer me the opportunity to pay monthly for the exact same account level. Start paying us monthly and "you will experience no disruption to your account content or functionality." I have their email to me if anyone wants to see it. Research this company and the parent Genesis Digital out of Las Vegas very carefully before making any decisions to give them your money. Unethical. Dishonest. No respect for the customers that helped them launch in the beginning.

Expensive but good

Signed up for one year, and billing me 3 years in a row. Deleting your credit card details is impossible. There are no emails to let you know they will renew your subscription automatically and no warning when you sign up. It's bordering on fraud.

Very good. I had subscription issues but everyone has been nice at customer service and they did a partial refund. Thanks.

Big problems with their email system. They offer a built in email software that is intuitive and easy. Geat to build pre and post webinar emails. BUT, and it is a BIG BUT, they often have problems with sending. Without notification or error message you simply do not send my emails. The emails have certainly not been censored, they are just normal emails. this is CATASTROPHAL for my current webinar funnel, where the post-webinar emails play an important role. I am very disappointed that they offer this service, which works most of the time but for no reason at all.

Terrible experience with the free-trial. They make it almost impossible to cancel it. I've been trying to cancel my trial for close to 3 hours now, without any success, and have waited in the chat queue for 45 minutes as #2 in line the entire time, LOL. What a scam of a company. Don't waste your time or money

They support deceiving "live streams" that are not live at all. They allow their users to push around pre-recorded videos as live streams with fake live chat. It's a scam and people who use it are scammers too.
