Deplorable practice and culture
It is unfortunate that once I paid for the year and later realized that I would never be able to understand how I would make good use of it, this company denied a reimbursement. It is so easy for admin to verify that I am not using Everwebinar at all. Why not reimbursing me at least a portion of it? Deplorable practice and culture.

If you are starting, Don't buy WebinarJam
Webinar Jam is for medium and large companies, if you are starting a business, don't buy WebinarJam, there are other options for your online course. Thanks for everything!

WebinarCon was an extreme waste of a…
WebinarCon was an extreme waste of a significant amount of money and time. When I attended the WebinarCon 3 day event-one of the speakers Ron Douglas was atrocious. He gives surface level information which lacks relevant data. Ron Douglas often boasts that he's been in the online data industry for two decades. However, his presentation is similar to a novice and a sub par comedian.

Generally, their service is good for the price point. I just don't like the approach of doing a pseudo-live webinar.

Extremely laggy
Extremely laggy. Chat not responsive and takes about 30 seconds or more before I can read what audience is asking. Totally unacceptable. Will not renew cos it totally killed my presentation.
