I am not impressed with this company.
I am not impressed with this company. Put in an order with copy of prescription. Received wrong lens strength for one eye. I called main customer service phone number. The answering machine said they were very busy. Called several times and got same message. Left a message. Three days later and have not heard back. I just e-mailed them. Will see how they handle things "IF" I get an answer.

Beware of return police ... its terrible
Holy cow. Paid $155 and got $111 back. Huge restocking fee if you have to return your contacts. Just made a mistake and order the wrong ones. Sent back in the same box, brand new, and I paid return shipping. Webeyecare could have caught the error too from the script I uploaded. But nope. Asked for store credit so I could order the correct brand, but still got hit with this restocking fee. Terrible customer service. Taking my contacts orders along with my other family contact orders to other more customer friendly suppliers

You are also advised that had you opted to do an exchanged instead of a return there would not have been a restocking fee.
