Not delivered and no response from them. Update, after the review they expedited the order to me... good response.

I placed an order for contact lenses with WebEyeCare because they seemed to have the lowest prices, but unfortunately their operation is so poorly run that I don't think I'll order from them again. My initial order didn't ship until 5 days after I placed it, and arrived 12 days after the order was placed. When I opened the box I saw that it was not my order. The quantity, type and prescription were all different than what I had ordered. I informed WebEyeCare immediately, and 2 days later they responded with an RMA code. They refused to ship my correct order until I returned the incorrect order, though it was their error. I sent the incorrect order back and informed them that it was on the way. They didn't respond, but a week later they shipped out the replacement order, and I finally received it today--a full month after the initial order. I can forgive the initial mistake, but the bad experiences added up. Each interaction with them took days to turn around, and they didn't seem to think it was a problem to delay my order until I corrected their mistake by sending back the incorrect merchandise. I don't recommend ordering from WebEyeCare if you need your lenses any time soon.

I traded in 2000 points and the $10 was never taken off my total. Sent a message when I was placing my order that there wasn’t a place to put the code in but never got a response
