They have messed up my order 3 times from wrong size to wrong color and their customer service is a complete joke. I would have went with a different brand from the beginning had I been smart and read the reviews. I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. It’s cost more than 100$ worth of time to be # 60+ in the call wait line. After reading all their reviews I would suggest that weather tech simply does not care about their reviews. Their customer service although polite has zero common sense.

Customer service is horrible can’t get through after holding for 30 mins was number 97 then 162 in line.Do something!!

A bit expensive, but good quality. One of the items was back-ordered and we received an email stating that and offered us an option. We just waited and item arrived two days after Christmas.

Expensive but you get quality custom mats for the price. I purchased front and back for my Skoda Yeti 4x4. Delivered within 5 days and perfect fit. Got these after I saw them on my friends Golf GTi. The mats are made of a durable plastic and took seconds to fit.

Good products but beware Tan is NOT Tan , it is BROWN!!!! Nothing close to the pictures on Weathertech website! So it won't fit well with a Tan interior.

I own an older Acura that's in great condition and I wanted to keep the interior as good as possible. (Car is a 1998) The cheap floor and trunk mats from local big box retailers weren't good. Dirty snow water would leak/drip off the sides of the cheap mats and replacing ancient Acura carpet is expensive. You can only steam clean them so much. So I decided to order from Weathertech. They are near me in Illinois but I ended up ordering online for delivery to my house. The order process was easy and I received prompt order acknowledgment and shipping information. The mats are really nice and the lip on them keeps all the winter slush confined to the mat and not on my car's carpet. I would order again from Weathertech and consider the rather premium cost of the mats worth the investment I made.

Not only are the Weather Tech products, 2nd to none, but "Karla", in your Customer Service Dept. is fantastic. I had some questions on a few of the several products that I had ordered over the past weeks, and Karla did a great job in getting me the exact answers that I needed without taking up half of my day like other companies. Please make sure that "KARLA" is recognized for this at her next review. Thank you.
