I don't know if I accidentally messed up something with the iPhone, but when I tried to use it after awhile it wouldn't pair with the phone again. I think the battery may have died, but it has only been less than a month.

This is the perfect safety device. Whether you need the police, an ambulance or friends/family to come help, Wearsafe has it covered. I love the size, durability, and usability. It doesn't get in the way, it grips well to clothing(Even on travel days when I'm flying coast to coast. I'm amazed I haven't lost my tag!) and I'm not accidentally sending out alerts from bumping it. I hope I never have to use it but I know I'm covered if I do. I love it so much I also sent one out to my nephew who is a new driver and freshman in college.

I LOVE THE WEARSAFE PRODUCT. I USE THE PRODUCT MYSELF WHEN I AM TROUTFISHING IN REMOTE AREAS. MY DAUGHTER USES THE WEARSAFE PRODUCT AT HER COLLEGE IN NEW YORK CITY. WE FEEL VERY CONFIDENT AND SAFE WITH OUR WEARSAFE BUTTONS.

I received a quick response to my email question and one problem was addressed immidiately (a broken part replaced) and the other doesn't have a fix yet, but a work-around was offered that did the trick (still no app for some platforms).

I tested it then sent email saying it was only a test. so it was a scramble but the fob worked really well. that is the idea of having it in the first place. my children said to. send out email FIRST so no one to get riled up while I test it. huuuum if I want visitors I could accidently test it too!!

Works great except when the Bluetooth device looses connection and you have to setup at the most incovinent times. Also don't like how if someone guesses your alert code they can access sensitive and private information about you including audio, location, and medical info. App looks and works somewhat well; however these security and privacy concerns outweighs the benefit of paying for this device each month. Bluetooth also has trouble registering with phone if there are a lot of other Bluetooth devices near by. My suggestion is to get this device to work without having to be tethered to your phone.

Makes me feel safer on runs and bike rides. It is much easier to call for help and share my location.
