WearsafeReviews of wearsafe.com

Awesome product. The invite link needs to be more specific that they nees to download the app though. We had a lot od confusion.

Light weight n easy to carry, but one problem is hard for patients to press even if press 3 quick clicks or press n hold for once, it's hard to tell did you pressed or not? Other than that is good

I lost my wearsafe wearable and contacted customer service. A bit dismayed they couldn't really help me. I could see from the App that the device was in the area but I was on a bus going to the airport and I couldn't really search for it. It was attached to my purse and had been since I purchased it and never fell off - until I really needed it on a solo trip! I felt there should be a way they could have unpaired it for me instead of me running through the airport trying to catch my flight while worried about where my device ended up. Of course the bus driver never found it and the bus company can't find it in it's lost and found so I am forced to purchase a new one. More help would have been appreciated. I was terrified someone would set off the alarm and scare the heck out of my teenage daughter at college since we use it to keep track of each other in case of emergency. I was lucky that I was able to contact her before someone pushed the button! Other than that flaw I am satisfied with the their customer service and the product though if I do lose this wearable I won't replace and we'll stick with Life 360 which doesn't have a device and is less expensive.

Had a good experience with customer service staff.

So far it is great. Gave it a couple test runs and it was fine. The bad part is the battery life is ridiculous! Less than 2 weeks. Seriously needs to either have an on/off switch or to be rechargeable. I keep it clipped to my purse and put it in my pocket when I show a house. The app is great too but it defeats the purpose of having something discreet to push. I am not sorry I bought it.

I love the product itself. Only issue is if you accidentally lose your tag, you have to purchase another one.

I'm relieved now when I run with this device. It makes me feel safer. I use it on all my runs, solo or with others. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't have an on/off feature because having used mine for less than 2 months I'm already having to replace my battery. That is my only complaint so far. Simple. Easy to use. Wears easy/non intrusive. Stays put.

Provide strong two-way adhesive tape as a mounting option. I use wearsafe as a security button while rideshare driving. I went to Michael's and purchased Velcro brand adhesive that I used to mount the wearsafe button to the left of my steering wheel on a stationary part of the dash in a discreet location that I can press without taking my hands off the steering wheel. In an assult or carjacking, the perpetrator may feel threatened if the driver were to remove their hands from clear sight. The perpetrator may ask the driver to keep their hands on the steering wheel where they can see them - this would be similar to requests made by police during traffic stops.
