Bought for senior parent. Battery installment difficult for arthritic. Opening and close tool is great idea but not firm enough to open battery compartment. For tech savvy people instructions intuitive but for seniors it is almost impossible to follow.

I can not depend on using in an emergency due to the fact and lose this Bluetooth connection with the iPhone for no apparent reason.

Works great except when the Bluetooth device looses connection and you have to setup at the most incovinent times. Also don't like how if someone guesses your alert code they can access sensitive and private information about you including audio, location, and medical info. App looks and works somewhat well; however these security and privacy concerns outweighs the benefit of paying for this device each month. Bluetooth also has trouble registering with phone if there are a lot of other Bluetooth devices near by. My suggestion is to get this device to work without having to be tethered to your phone.

Thank you for your feedback. Wearsafe was designed to only capture information at times when there is an active alert, times when you are requesting help. Once an alert is closed this information is no longer available to anyone, including your network. Thanks for the input. Wearsafe is a peer-to-peer network to alert friends and family when you need assistance. It sends your GPS location and audio from your situation so your network can coordinate the best response. It does not contact 911 directly but your network can call 911 from the app if they determine that you need professional assistance. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
