Flawed product did not work out of the box
Purchased two clickers for son and grandmother. During initial test was unable to cancel test alert as app would not allow it.This raised concerns of malfunction during a real emergency - what else is not working properly?? Apps also run in background draining battery for no reason. Returning product. This should not be used or marketed for safety. If a product does not work it should not be offered to the public.

This issue impacted a small number of users and has been fixed. We’ve also developed Wearsafe to have limited impact on your phone battery while it is running in the background. The only time you should expect to notice an impact on your battery is when you have an alert open or when you have enabled Wearsafe Rewind.
