My sole complaint is the cost---it's a wonderful service, but I'm unable to afford the subscription.

I haven't had to use my wearsafe yet, but nice to know I have it if I ever do!

I had an issue with my Tag and discovered it on Thursday before the 4th of July weekend. They were quick to respond and very apolitical. I did what they said to fix the problem and it worked.

Great product - but the battery life is terrible - this thing eats batteries and those are not cheap.

Well Worth the Investment So far I have not had any need for it but I am grateful for the added layer of protection. Being safe is a group effort with the Wearsafe and I like the idea that the people who are my family and close friends can be connected with me should anything happen. It's simple to use and set up. The belt clip is very snug and doesn't move at all. I use it while running and don't worry about it coming off. For only $5 a month, it is well worth the investment.

Little difficult set up. No instructions provided. Confusing. Contacts need to subscribe to app.

It took a bit to get started. It seems that my contact will be able to chat with one another if I put out a call. When they all in town from vacation, We are going to gather over wine and test it out.
