PluflReviews of weareplufl.com

Everyone on the pluffle team was so helpful finding out order for us and kept in touch!

Was not a happy camper at 1st... but recieved email back from rep of company named Victoria. Who turned it all around for me. The pillow it self is great very soft and comfy..just had some issue with delivery. But Victoria made everything right..was very attentive and listened to my needs and expectations of the company. Offered me reslove and followed through!! Thank you!! 💗

This turned out to be a really great customer service experience. I needed more filling for my pillow, and at first I was told to purchase some on Amazon, but they quickly realized that was an error and offered to send me extra filling instead. On top of that, they were very attentive and caring. The product is by far the best pillow I’ve ever had — I don’t think I can live without it, and I’m not sure what I’m going to do when I go on vacation. It makes my sleep much more peaceful and restful, and I wake up feeling refreshed and cozy.

This bed is sooo comfy and amazing. I nap in it all the time. I love how vibrant the color is. It is so easy to wash too and my cats also love it .

The pillow is so comfortable. I went from surrounding myself with 7 pillows to just my Hugl. I love it!

Great Company & Great Product I had a fantastic experience with Plufl. The product is excellent quality, exactly as described, and feels very well made. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived nicely packed. It’s clear they really care about their customers and their brand. Overall, very trustworthy company with a product I’d highly recommend! I got both their Plufl and Hugl, and I love them both!

Placed order and had a question regarding a discount I forgot to apply during the order process. Bryan, customer service rep, reached out in less than 24hrs and was extremely helpful. Not sure why other reviews reflect the customer service is poor - my experience was definitely not the case. Now do keep in mind that it does take time to make the products - so I’ll wait patiently for my order. 🥰

Okay, the Plufl is definitely worth the money for me and mines! If you are someone who hosts constantly or someone who has a big family, this is the perfect little bed to have in your living room or in a sitting setting. When I have guests over, especially with all their children, the Plufl is the first thing they sit in and enjoy. Anyone who comes over always talks on how comfy it is. Everyone wants to have a turn! When my family and guests are not making use of it, I am in it during the night relaxing and watching shows. I really enjoy using the Plufl, and even more, my family and friends love it too!
