This company is really a joke. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. The shipment was extremely delayed because it was marked as shipped and was not shipped. Seriously!! Finally came after 3 weeks and shipped left it in the rain. Cardboard box soaked and fell apart. The “ free” blanket and whatever never came. I want to return but was asked to sent photo. Now I have a fully expanded pile of garbage in living room which will be nearly impossible to ship back. This thing is made in China and smells like it. No different than the beds also made in China that are a fraction of the cost. If you buy one directory from target or the Chinese online stores you will save money and get pretty much the same if not a better item. The advertising is misleading. What is truly unbelievable this company does not have a phone number and replies online take days and seem as though they are AI generated. Amex chargeback is only solution now. I think I was told to open the bags and take photos so it would be nearly impossible to ship back.

There is no phone number to call, they finally emailed me back to inform me that they marked the bed as shipped, when they actually had not shipped it, and sent me an email requesting a review for the bed that they never sent. I got an apology, but still no shipping confirmation or tracking information. Needless to say, I will be reaching out to the social security office to inform them that Plufl has not only failed as a company, they have now added theft of federal funds to their list, as the money that was used were from federal funds issued to my daughter since she is special needs and in a wheelchair l. I wrote about the issue with my pluffl having BLACK MOLD on it and the company only giving me a 50% discount on the pluffl total price. 50% off was and is still ridiculous considering that is the current deal. So, after my review, I got an email from the ceo thanking me for my "5 star review" so ofc I check the website. THEY DELETED MY REVIEW!!! I EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE MOLD THAT THEY DELETED!! Just be warned, having a bed on the floor is likely to contract MOLD. I had mine for less than a year and they wouldn't even give me replacement parts. The mold was on the side that laid on the floor and I had only discovered it once I took the sheet off to give it a wash for the first time. It was a serious case of BLACK MOLD and since I've had it less than a year, who actually knows how long that began developing. Unfortunately you can't post photos here and since the company deleted my review on there website, there's not much else I can do now. Please, do not buy this product. For your own safety, just don't. UPDATE: They replied saying that I bought a "knock off" which is completely false. I have emails confirming my purchase with plufl and a video from the CEO of pluffl thanking me for my purchase. I have no idea what investigation they did, but it clearly has no basis. So first they delete my review off of there website, and now they are saying that my review on trustpilot isnt true and I simply had bought a "knock off". Wow. This company only gets worse. Once again, I would post pics and evidence here if I could but they don't let you. And I would post it on the pluffl website, but they would just end up taking it down like they did before. I will not allow them to silence my opinion because my opinion matters too.

I placed an order with Plufl on May 23, 2024, for €374.95, including €250 for shipping, with delivery promised within 3–4 weeks. Since then, I have faced nothing but delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. - Repeated Delays: The company repeatedly postponed the delivery date, citing stock issues in June, August, and November, but never provided a firm resolution. - Surprise fees : After months of delay, they asked me to pay a supplement of 300€ for shipping ! - Refund Agreed: On December 13, the company promised to refund my payment but failed to process it. On December 19, they admitted to an error and offered to refund via PayPal, which I accepted. - No Action Taken: Despite their assurances, I have not received my refund, and the company has become unresponsive to my follow-up emails. It has been over seven months since I placed the order, and nearly a month since they promised the PayPal refund. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I basically got scammed of 374.95€, and caution others to think twice before ordering from this company. I don't plan to stop here, and will seek legal council to get my money back.

I purchased a Hugl back in August of 2023 as part of their kickstarter/indiegogo campaign. I have had no correspondence, no emails, no product, no one will contact me back, no one will answer any of my attempts to reach out and they still took my money. I am very annoyed and this company is not at all professional.

If only I could give negative stars! I purchased this as a backer to kickstart their company. After a year wait, no item. After sending emails. No replies. After sending DMs on Instagram. No replies. No item, no decency, no responsibility. Buyer beware! Update: since this review the company has reached out and refunded my money!

There's a garbage invite on my calendar at 9:25 AM tomorrow from Plufl. I have no idea how they got my email address but I certainly didn't give them permission to take a dump in my calendar for marketing purposes. This latest form of marketing is absolutely intrusive and noxious. My calendar is for my convenience and not for you to fill with irrelevant-to-me non-events. Marketing to the calendar sounds like a great idea if you were born in 2000. Please flush it down the skibidi toilet of history. 1/22/25 They're trying to get my review taken down asking for my phone number. I'm not giving it out. I'm happy to share screenshots of what they sent my calendar. This is a super intrusive marketing technique. They've been spamming my inbox since March 2023 but the calendar is crossing a line.

I bought and received an extra large plufi. I STILL can't put it together and the company refuses to take it back. Right now, it's in pieces in my basement. Don't waste your money. If you hate it, it's yours. Never dealt with a company with no return policy
