I am sure you are a good company. company, however I have had nothing but problems since I ordered a plufl months ago. 1st it took a long time to receive because you lost my order. 2nd you sent it to the wrong address. 3rd I got it...no instructions on how to put the cover on. The bed part was pretty simple but had a hard time getting the bed into the smaller openings on the ends. Worked for over an hour trying to stuff the pillows into the round openings...did not even come close. The zipper openings are too small to get those in. I will need help to get it done. Had I known it would be so hard to put together I never would have ordered one. I assumed it would come ready to use. Very dissappointed!

Took awhile to arrived and honestly it’s not worth $500. $300 max for the value

I love the concept, but it is way too heavy, harder to put together than the video shows/implies, too difficult to take apart to wash. I have no idea what I was thinking when I purchased this. Next step, it will be placed by my condominiums trash dumpster, if I can carry it out of my condo. What a waste of money.

Not too bad, I’m 5’8 and I believe I’m too tall for this item. The bottom is also not thick enough, I can feel the wood floor under me after sitting for some time. Unfortunately not worth the price for me! Feel like this is more for a child or shorter teenager
