Major shipping delay that wasn’t communicated. When I inquired about the product I ordered, they made an excuse. I asked them to then cancel my order which was another ordeal. It has almost been one month now and I still have not received my refund. It took several emails for them to finally respond stating the refund is still in processing. The customer service is awful as it takes several emails to even get an answer and when they do respond it is nothing but excuses.

I was really looking forward to receiving the cooling body pillow. I ordered it in a large but received the regular size. I contacted customer service right away. They took a long time to get back to me. They concluded i received the correct order even with pictures as proof. When I asked them to confirm the dimensions of the Large size and the regular size they never got back to me. According to their website the large pillow is 56 inches long and 36 inches wide. The pillow i received is 50 inches long and 30 inches wide, which their website says are the dimensions of the regular size pillow.

I ordered the Plufl pillow and was supposed to receive a free cooling blanket that wasn’t included in the box. I have emailed 5 times to 3 different people and they all agreed to send the blanket but as of today, 05-28-26, I haven’t received any blanket or even a follow up email. Scam? The pillow is much shorter than the one depicted in the ads too. June 14, 2026 To date I have never received my “ free blanket” and have now had emails from a 4th “customer service?” assuring me they were making this a priority and would stay on it till the blanket ships. As usual, no follow up email and no blanket. June 24, 2026 Still no blanket or any word from “customer service”.

I normally do not leave reviews — good or bad — but this experience honestly deserves to be shared. About 6 months ago, I purchased a Plufl body pillow along with the matching cover. Recently, the zipper on the cover split during normal use. For a premium-priced product, I expected much better durability, especially within such a short amount of time. When I contacted the company, I explained the issue and was hoping they would stand behind what appears to be a clear product defect. Instead, the only solution offered was 50% off a replacement cover. The problem? The cover costs $84, meaning I would still have to pay $42 plus tax for something that already failed in less than a year. Trying to be reasonable, I even offered to pay $35 total including shipping just to resolve the issue fairly. They refused and insisted the 50% discount was the absolute best they could do — over a difference of only about $7. What’s most disappointing is not even the zipper itself — defects happen. It’s the lack of customer care afterward. It feels like the company is more focused on protecting their bottom line than keeping a loyal customer happy. And honestly, why would I feel confident spending more money on another cover when I now question the quality and durability of the product in the first place? Purchased the Hugi Cooling pillow, and it was so slippery on the sheets, it slipped out of the bed, and took me with it. At 81, it is too dangerous for me to use. They agreed to take it back, but I do not have the vacuum equipment to make it small so it is a big box. USPS refused it. UPS wanted $525.00, Fed-ex wanted $143.00. They refused to pick it up, and now ignore me. I am out $117.00 which is a lot of money to me.

I never received my order. And now they are refusing to do anything about it. I am in a hostage situation with my money. They do NOT answer emails in a timely manner. They dont care if you have received your order. And they dont care to return your money. I have been offered 90% of my money, with NOTHING to show for it. After emailing them over and over and over again. This is ridiculous. Complete waste of time & money!

Never got my order despite having shipping insurance the company refused to refund, then said they would then weeks later when I never got my money they said they changed their mind. Awful customer service, fraud products.

They've got a good track record of taking people's money and never delivering the product. I'm one of the hundreds of Kickstarter backers they ripped off. They even reached back out and requested additional shipping money from all the backers, and then still failed to deliver. I've tried reaching out through DM, email, and the website. Straight silence. This site is a scam. Please take the chance to share this with others before they make the same mistake I did.
