Bought a EX2 Ultra which immediately needed technical support as would not allow me to set up. Now still having problems but customer service is Monday to Friday up to 6pm. What reputable company has no customer service on a weekend? or late evenings? TOTALLY DISGUSTED!

Terrible customer service. They take ages to reply to emails. The need to be chased up. I have a My cloud EX2 that does not work with this ridiculous Acronis software after they ditched their own. I have a had it nearly a month and do WD cae that it is not working Nope!! What is the point in a NAS drive that does not work. Don't waste your money. The old My Live book worked a treat this replacement is useless.

Seit 4 Wochen warte ich auf die RMA Rücksendung einer Ersatzplatte. Kundenservice sieht anders aus! Das war definitiv der letzte Kauf bei WD.

Not even worth 1 star, received an item that was faulty, returned it months ago and they still take money out your bank months later, when told, they won't as nothing has been generated on there system. Shocking company to buy off will be contacting the bank to sort this out.

Ja nichts dort kaufen, was ihr vielleicht zurücksenden wollt!!!! Meine Bestellung ist nun seit 3 Wochen bei WD zurück (das sehe ich in der Sendungsverfolgung...). WD weigert sich aber, mir das Geld zurückzuzahlen, weil sie behaupten, das Paket sei noch nicht bei Ihnen angekommen. Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe, die stellen sich so lange dumm, bis man aufgibt. NIE WIEDER!!!!

Worst service ever! I ordered a external harddisk 3tb said it will be here in 5 days, still haven't heard from them since now it's on day 10. Called customer support said there were a ''critical situation'' with my account? I don't even have words, never had problems with ordering things online before Wester Digital. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Waste of time and money.

Bought a My Passport 4tb portable hard drive for Mac through their online shop. Paid though PayPal. Western Digital claim that they have an account for me but that I have not placed an order. have evidenced the payment from my bank and PayPal account. They have apologised, said they would have to refund and then reorder. Why can’t they just send me the item. Have tried to chase the refund as still not forthcoming a week later but no communication, not replying to emails etc. They offered a 20% discount voucher for future order but a bit pointless if you can’t get the good stuff in the first place and not paying again if they can’t refund the first payment first. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
