This is my experience as an end-user. I have many Western Digital Black products for gaming. I use their top tier NVME SSDs for gaming and for my OS. Not only does Western Digital make outstanding memory products, but their warranty, policies, and customer service are industry leading. I have had a few RMAs with my drives, and they not only replaced them but upgraded them free of charge. They seriously have the best warranty policy of any tech company and their customer service is exceptional, rivaling even Amazon. I am blown away that such a giant tech company can be this way. I cannot recommend their products enough. I use other memory companies like Samsung, which are also great, but no one compares to WD. They have a customer for life.

Needed a specific Micro sd card that I couldn't find available elsewhere but Western Digital had it in stock and it was delivered free of charge.

Frankly, I don't understand the many negative reviews about Western Digital. I have had to send in an RMA 3 times in the past and it has always been handled quickly and accurately. Customer service has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. At a last RMA, I had a lot of communication problems with the UPS carrier's customer service. Subsequently, Western Digital's logistics department made every effort to ensure that my package was delivered to the right place. I am very grateful to them for that!

Mi dispiace per tutte quelle persone che hanno avuto una brutta esperienza con l'assistenza di WD. Io personalmente ne sono rimasto così colpito da scrivere una recensione. Ho dovuto rimandare un prodotto in garanzia che era difettoso e l'assistenza di western digitali si è mostrata super gentile, rapida e chiara nell'illustrarmi le istruzioni per spedire al meglio il pacco e per non avere problemi con la consegna (pagata anche da loro). Dopo 1 settimana ho ricevuto il prodotto sostitutivo che funziona perfettamente.

People have gave this place bad reviews but my experience was great it only took 3 days to come with ups standard shipping! Also the hard drive is great!!

I just wanted more storage in my tower. Purchased the My Book 3 TB HD. It was delivered early, I unpacked it, plugged it in the mains then plugged in the USB cable worked like a deram. Brilliant.

Ich hatte eine extterne Festplatte gekauft, die auch reibungslos funktionierte. Als ich Wochen später einen Upload von der Festplatte in eine Datenbank vornehmen wollte, funktionierte das nicht. Ich dachte, ich hätte bei der Installation einen Fehler gemacht und wendete mich telefonisch an den Support, dort konnte man mir in ausgesprochen freundlicher Form sofort helfen. Es war ein Kabel locker gewesen, das man mir anstandslos ersetzte. Ich wurde mit zwei Mails über den Sachstand der Sendung informiert und habe die Möglichkeit, den gleichen Callcenter-Agent, bei Problemen zu kontaktieren. Ausgesprochen guter Support.
