Clock doesn’t keep time. Minute hand sticks at “20 after” . How do I send it back and you can send me another.

Communication wise i had to ask for the tracking number otherwise no info was arriving. The clock itself once arrived was what expected at first glance, but then i found out the hands were touching each other while in same position causing the movement to stop, so i had to open the case myself to bend them back in good position. Last but not least there is a writing on the dial saying “fail ure” instead of “failure”. Now the clock is working, has decent quality and the “failure” thing seems like intended, but the overall experience could have been much better.

Quality item even the tracking from China was pretty accurate . Last mile handled by couriers

The clock took about 2-3 weeks to arrive but my boyfriend who is a watch guy said he loved the clock so it must be a great quality clock that looks pretty similar to the Rolex it was made to look like.

My experience with Wclocks was very positive. Communication was clear, the ordering process was smooth, and the product quality met our expectations. Everything was delivered on time and as promised.

Glass was completely cracked. Threw it awY immediately. Low quality

Terrible watch. Don’t want it and no refund for it
