Slow Shipping, weird customer service. GREAT wall clock. Whatever, it says what is says man..you guys are just greedy... what a way to lose a customer. you state "you will receive a 30% discount on your subsequent orders" for leaving two "five star" reviews... yet, after leaving reviews, they swithed it to 30% off ONE item only.. ORDERS.. with an "S"... if you meant one time, on one clock or watch, then you should just say "30% off of your next item" keep your discounts, keep your clocks, you just lost an excellent customer due to your greed and lack of doing what you said you would. Discounts should be GREATER the more you order, not lower! Shipping costs get CHEAPER per unit when shipping multiple items together.. c'mon . Nice clock, horrible customer service. I'm done.

Ordered 3 clocks and a month later relieved 2! They emailed saying they sent all 3 even though there were only 2 in the package I’m at a total loss right now

I ordered the GMT Pepsi style wall clock two days before Thanksgiving, and it was delivered on New Year's eve (a whooping total of 35 calendar days). Upon receipt, the clock is defective. The bezel looks cheap and there are scratches on the dial. The date changes at 10:30 instead of 12. Also, the GMT hour hand is not adjustable. The customer service is horrible with no response on most days, and occasionally automated responses through the live chat and email. Overall, the item is not worth the price and patience.
