Finally received clock after LONG wait and it was broken. Was told the take photo and it would be replaced. Did as instructed and NOTHING....CRICKETS. That has been five months and waiting. WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

To begin with when we ordered the clock, it took a very long time to have any contact with wclocks. I was very concerned that I wouldn't get the item and I would be charged for it on my AMEX. Only after I disputed the charge did they begin to communicate with me. It shouldn't be that way I should have gotten a confirmation number within a day but it probably took more like 5 days more for it to show up. Totally unacceptable! I truly thought it wasn't a legitimate website. Thankfully it all worked out and we received the clock. It was a gift and we really did like it and hoped it would work out. My advice to the merchants, do a better job keeping your customers updated and respond faster once the order has been placed to put the customer at ease. There are so many scams out there we all need to be careful. Would have been a 5 star review if I didn't have the aggravation.

They sent me a clock that had issues keeping time correctly. After a week or so I noticed that the time was off by an hour. I thought it might be the battery so I changed it with the same issue another week later. Then, before I could even email them about the issue one of the hour markers fell off the face. I emailed them and they apologized and said they would send a replacement right away…. That was 5 months ago, no replacement clock and no replies to my next 5 emails asking for an update, including a request for my money back. Don’t buy from these scammers!!!
