To begin with when we ordered the clock, it took a very long time to have any contact with wclocks. I was very concerned that I wouldn't get the item and I would be charged for it on my AMEX. Only after I disputed the charge did they begin to communicate with me. It shouldn't be that way I should have gotten a confirmation number within a day but it probably took more like 5 days more for it to show up. Totally unacceptable! I truly thought it wasn't a legitimate website. Thankfully it all worked out and we received the clock. It was a gift and we really did like it and hoped it would work out. My advice to the merchants, do a better job keeping your customers updated and respond faster once the order has been placed to put the customer at ease. There are so many scams out there we all need to be careful. Would have been a 5 star review if I didn't have the aggravation.

Took a long time to get them

Communication wise i had to ask for the tracking number otherwise no info was arriving. The clock itself once arrived was what expected at first glance, but then i found out the hands were touching each other while in same position causing the movement to stop, so i had to open the case myself to bend them back in good position. Last but not least there is a writing on the dial saying “fail ure” instead of “failure”. Now the clock is working, has decent quality and the “failure” thing seems like intended, but the overall experience could have been much better.

Bought this recently and it looks great on my wall. Very modern and eye-catching. Setup took a little time, but overall I’m happy with it.

As good as their clocks are, their shipping is as poor as it is. Got notifications that clocks were shipped when they actually had not, as I got subsequent notices stating that they were shipping. They acknowledged that there was an issue and said they were sending a gift, which is still probably in shipping..lol. However, that said, I love their clocks, the quality is good and would have bought more if I had a higher trust in their organization.

Order# 13505 shipping took a little longer than expected. The first clock got lost in shipping. Wclocks did send another clock out which made the shipping time a little longer than I would have liked. But once I received the clock I was very happy with how well it was built. It has made a great addition to my man cave!
