Plants finally arrived but only after I cancelled an item that was on perpetual back order. Would have been nice if they sent an e-update on the order instead of me wondering if it would ever arrive. The box on my most recent fall order was quite mangled as well. Better packaging is needed.

One of the lilac bushes has already died but the other is doing good. I will not be buying again. Thanks

I was hoping for a 5 star review when I read about your products. I had some good experiences with the plants and some bad. I am very good with plants. My strawberries came in half dead half alive, on their way to dying. I was able to revive some of them. Other plants came in healthy, but did not do very well, others did great, It was just too much money to spend for plants that didn't do well overall. The ones that did well, flourish and were beautiful.

Sent some small potted plants that arrived bone dry, and may not have survived transplanting.

My Fire' Summer Jazz™ Trumpet Vine arrived in good shape and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately it was a very slow grower and did not bloom until very late in the summer...unlike the description spring until fall. It did not survive. I was trying to grow this in a large container...and am not sure if that made a difference in its not surviving.

Not very vigorous plants

I have ordered from Wayside for over 30 years. I love Wayside's variety of plant material. But, the plants themselves are very small for the price and in allot of cases, banged up when I receive them in the mail. So, if you really want a specific species of plant, expect it to be smaller than what you'd purchase if at a local nursery, and not as pretty when you get it.

Unacceptable delay in my latest order--with no explanation or notification by Wayside Gardens. Website showed inaccurate expected delivery dates repeatedly. Phone calls simply produced the reply "back ordered" with no indication of when the item would be delivered. No indication at the time of order that the item was not in stock. When the item finally arrived--weeks after the order--it was in good condition.
