Most of the plants were fine but I had a very expensive tree die within a few months and jewel ice plants all died a even though they were planted in different spots. Other companies guarantee trees for a year and when j call about the problems I had have the representative was defensive and demanded I tell HER when I bought the plants/tree although she had the record right in fork t of her. I was dismissed because she said trees are only guaranteed for 90 days and I had to tell her when I had bought the ice plants. I have spent hundreds of dollars with wayside garden because of the quality but now I have a bad taste in my mouth concerning customer service.

Ordered Lenten roses and a coral bell. Both arrived looking sickly. Called about coral bell and was told to give it a couple of weeks. It didn’t improve. Lenten roses may survive the winter but they look puny. Everything else planted in the new garden is doing well and none of it came from Wayside Gardens.

I ordered 8 plants. 7 survived. I emailed to ask about ordering another one to replace the one that didn’t make it. Never got an answer to my email. Fortunately, I was able to get one of the same variety at my local garden center. I should have gone there in the first place.

I ordered 10 oriental lillies and only received 7.

i'm wondering if mail order is the way to purchase plants in the future?

I was not impressed two of the plants were dead, the hydrangeas never bloomed and one died. The dogwood is ify, not sure how that will fair through the winter, but we will see. I don't think I will be ordering again.

For some reason, nothing I ordered grew. I am waiting to see if they will grow next year. Very disappointed.
