this past fall I order a shrub from there catalog and they didn't have it I was dispointed

I HAVE LOST 2 PLANTS ORDERED FROM WAYSIDE, HOWEVER, A GREATER NUMBER OF THEM DID SURVIVE NICELY SO I JUST WRITE THAT OFF TO LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION - SOMETIMES IT'S JUST NOT THE RIGHT SPOT IN THE GARDEN FOR THAT PARTICULAR PLANT. JOAN IN ZONE 5 MICHIGAN

plants are small and expensive. Most shrubs take a long time to look like illustrations. However, they have varieties that are unavailable at local nurseries. So,iif you want something unusual or different, the company delivers. I have used this company for years and sometimes it's a love\hate relation.

Great place for perennials. Not so good for shrubs and trees as they send tiny little starts that most of the time don't survive for me. I love the perennials however. They are big and healthy - ready to go.

Phoned to request marginally later shipping date. This worked great. Except two plants were missing - to be shipped later. They arrived when I was again traveling, and when I returned they were both dead. Most unfortunate.

Every plant I have received from Wayside Gardens has been very healthy. Arrived when they said they would. Gave good instructions as how to take care of them and answers all my questions.

The plants are ok when I get them...I think I need more information on how to keep them that way.
