I have had poor luck with the plants that I received thru the mail. The first batch, survival rate was poor. I was given credit for a later purchase. The second batch arrive spring of this year. Five of 24 plants didn't survive. You were kind enough to send six additional plants. The six arrived in poor condition. In appeared to me that the plants were severely over watered. I planted them but five of the six were dead in a day or two. I give up. Unhappy with mail ordered plants. Decided not to call and ask for more disappointments.

The plants were sent too early 4 our climate, then when it was time to plant they were no longer in optimal condition and our gardener was really busy and by he time he got to them they were 'gone.'

Way too long after purchase to remember delivery or initial experience but my rose never did well and died completely over the summer. Other plants are living but the wisteria did not flower at all.

Plants were fine. What was not were the styrofoam peanuts used to pack them! Unpacked on a windy day and I am still finding peanuts in the shrubbery! Do so annoying-- and of course terrible for the environment. Will not order from Wayside again for this reason.

I was quite disappointed to receive iceplants in a very wet, soupy medium that resulted in several dead, rotted plants before they could be put into the ground. The others did survive, but never really thrived.

My purchase arrived ok, I planted per instructions. Weeks later, four of the plants I purchased had no growth whatsoever. First contact was met with 'this is our busiest season, response may be slow". Months later and three more contacts from me - NO RESPONSE. Companies with customer service get my business. Wayside will not.
