I won't deal with them again. Products are over-priced and do not always grow. Used to be a good place but ,sadly, no longer

The products are generally good quality, but the prices are pricey until they put them on sale. And the emails are incessant - be prepared to get up to 4 a day, and it's either get the overwhelming number of emails or get none at all - there's no option to request and receive fewer emails.

I ordered a lot of plants 9 plus at least 3 or more arrived looking dead or did not progress. The ones that did arrive in good shape have done well. Wayside gardens did refund me for the ones that arrived in bad condition

Plant quality is variable, even the same kind of plant in the same shipment. In my last shipment, one brunnera was in good shape, the other was dead.

I ordered a snowball viburnum which was supposed to be cold hardy in 7 but a late winter freeze and it died.

Half of the plants I received have been smaller than advertised or did not survive the winter last year. Wayside did provide replacements but the process was unpleasant.

Some of the plants I received were great but others, not so. A few arrived looking really bad. A couple just didn't grow well even though they were treated with TLC. They did not survive. I will continue to buy from this venue when I cannot find what I am looking for locally.

Ordered plants overnight delivery to avoid their being in the box too long. Called and told customer representative I had done so and why, and obtained their agreement not to ship on a Friday since plants would sit in box over the weekend thereby defeating the purpose of overnight delivery. They expressly agreed then not to ship on a Friday, then proceeded to ship on Friday! When I called to complain, they ignored their agreement and said that, under their policies, they were allowed to ship on Friday. Outrageous! Three stars is generous.
