I ordered 3 Becky Shasta Daisies and 3 roses this past summer. All of the daisies dies despite careful planting and watering. The roses are not performing well either despite planting in the sun and feeding and watering.

Had a plant (clematis) didn't grow at all. Contacted them, not replaced, told to remember and check in the spring. I received it last spring. Had other good experiences prior though.

I have always counted on Wayside for exceptional selection and service. That is what I experienced in the past. However, on my most recent order I ordered two rhododendrons and one immediately had obvious issues when I received it. I called and requested they replace it. I was told that it needed two weeks to adapt and it should perk up. It didn't. When I called again they gave additional advice on what I could try but would not replace it at that time. When I called back a few weeks later when the plant was obviously dead, they informed me that they no longer had stock and couldn't replace. They offered a credit, which I was not interested in and I had to fight to get a refund. Not what I was expecting from Wayside and will definitely consider twice before ordering again. Not good customer service.

Terrible experience Tried to renew credit card 🤷♂️ Finally after three tries waiting for service rep person was discourteous and happy to get me off the phone. All I wanted to do was update card. I canceled order instead 🤷♂️

The last two times I ordered something from Wayside, I had questions regarding the product or its delivery and tried to contact them via e mail about these. I did not receive any answer either time. After several tries, I gave up. Will not be ordering anything from them again. I also never go through on the phone line.

The hydrangea vines were mailed over the weekend, took 5 days to arrive and came dead looking. After several months, they have still not recovered

About 1/2 the product I got never took off. I didn't realize the return policy until later in the season so I got something that didn't grow and I couldn't get a return for it. Had heard good things from Wayside but my experience hasn't lived up to the hype.
