Horrible experience. Rose we ordered was DOA and customer service gave me the runaround. Finally just accepted my fate and resolved to never order from Wayside Gardens again.

I bought a Diva's Choice Daylily last year at a premium price and received a puny pale yellow division that did not live more than two weeks. And 'lived' is an overstatement. I mentor master gardeners and I would not recommend you to any gardener. I cannot believe you felt it was okay to send such a poor product.

Ordered a rain barrel, matching base for added height & ease of use, & a gutter attatchment kit to make these pieces functional. Instead, received a hollow 'column' (no idea of what use this would have), the requested base, and an attatchment kit with an entirely different design (plus, it's GREEN - who has GREEN gutters?). After a long wait, the proper rain barrel was finally shipped. STILL WAITING for the >>>WHITE<<< GUTTER ATTACHMENT KIT... So, upwards of $ 300 was funneled to Wayside for NOTHING. Don't waste your time...or money!!!

I ordered bulbs and planted them when they arrived. They did not come up spring or summer so I figured they were fall bloomers. I contacted wayside gardens in the fall when nothing burst forth and was told that I waited too long to contact wayside gardens. They would not replace nor credit all or a portion of my $100 order. Very convenient ... for them.
