Poor quality plants. Many orders, most plants did not survive. Not the case for orders from other plant companies.

All of my azaleas died right away. I got a refund for them. Then I ordered some mountain laurels. Out of four, one is left and actually grew a bit this summer but it won't last the winter. And now, I bought 3 big arborvitaes. They have not grown, they might as well be plastic plants. I have a problem. I had a fenced yard, and if these plants had grown I would have had a natural fence. If I were sent plants that grew!

This company is THE WORST. No updates on orders after check out, even after proposed ship dates per calendar... then automatically drops items or cancels full order without any context/ info months after proposed shipping dates. Good in theory. Nice website, but horrible customer service and product.
