I had purchased lillies last fall they didn't come up this spring so, waited to replace them this fall and they ignored me stating that I had only 90 days to get a replacement order...

The plants I received in 2016 were healthy. The majority of the plants I received last summer (2017), arrived in extremely poor condition. Many were brown and some were slimy. The packaging was done much more poorly than the prior year. I won’t purchase from them again, given that, if they don’t have quality product available they will ship out garbage. They did give me a large credit without hesitation to cover the numerous bad plants I’d received. While that is a good policy, it may also indicate that they knew they were sending out poor quality products. Even tough I wasn’t out money, it was an incredible waste of time and effort, and very little progress was made in my garden this past summer.

Plant came jammed in a box super dry no wonder it died within 2 weeks despite my babying it. Called the company they had no more they refunded the cost of plant but I lost $10 shipping on a badly packed product. I will never do business with them.

I purchased 3 "Cone Flower" starter plants last summer. Shipped late in the summer. Delivery errors sent package back and forth across country before getting to me. Once here they looked almost dead. I planted, one eventually died and the others never flourished nor attempted to bloom they were in such poor condition. It was too late in the summer by then to obtain any replacements so I did not bother to inform Wayside. I attempted to purchase other plants the year before well before spring in Florida. They never shipped (I kept following up) so I cancelled the order as it was already too hot here by then. Doubt I will ever order from Wayside again or affiliates. Linda
