I would give Wells2Ways a negative number if that was an option. Here is the timeline: Tues., 04-21-2026 Blood work completed Fri., 04-24-2026 Results returned Tues., 05-19-2026 1st appointment scheduled Wed., 06-03-2026 Rescheduled on this date since the May 19th appointment was rescheduled. According to the website, a consultation will take place about two weeks after the results are returned. As you can see, mine was scheduled 60 days after the results were returned. My advice don't waste your money!

I was really excited to try Ways2Well after following Brigham Buhler for quite some time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The platform was initially pretty glitchy, and the only “help” options seemed to be AI bots, which made it difficult to get real support. I signed up for peptides and had no issues initially. When I went to refill my prescription, I was told I needed to complete a blood panel, which I had no issue with, but I was also told I needed to sign up for the annual subscription model in order to continue treatment. What was especially frustrating is that during my initial consultation, no one disclosed that an annual membership would eventually be required to continue treatment. Had that been communicated upfront, I could have made an informed decision before starting. Instead, it felt dishonest and like a bait-and-switch. Because I didn’t want to commit to an annual subscription, I was left unable to refill my prescription and had to abruptly stop the medication, which I don't think you're supposed to do. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer support. I expected a much more straightforward experience.

This company advertises that it accepts HSA and FSA cards for payment—buyer beware. This is misleading. Accepting HSA/FSA cards at the point of sale does not mean the expense is eligible under IRS guidelines. The IRS specifically outlines what qualifies for reimbursement, and the services W2W provides do not appear to meet those criteria. Marketing the ability to “accept” HSA/FSA payments without clearly disclosing eligibility limitations creates confusion and may lead consumers to believe the expense is approved when it is not. This is a misrepresentation that could result in denied claims or unexpected out-of-pocket costs for customers.

I feel this company caters to Rogan's MMA guys or men in general. As a menopausal woman, I was alarmed that when filling out the medical information about the type of estradiol I was taking - patch was not included in the drop-down menu. Huge red flag. So now, I've got my blood results in, and I've clicked on the option to speak with Allen, their handy-dandy AI bot. Last night at 9:00 PM, I was #8 in line and finally gave up after 1:00 AM. Today, at 4:00 PM, after 3 hours waiting, I went from #8 to #3 in the queue. It's now 7:15 PM I'm still at #3 in the queue. I would never tolerate this treatment in a traditional doctor's setting, and I refuse to do so now. I will be canceling my membership.

Didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews now I have to say I should’ve believed what I read. It’s a money grab pure and simple. They got me and I grabbed because all I wanted was to be pain free and drop a few pounds. I just stopped taking the BPC157 and I just can’t afford to continue and I’m not sure but it seemed like it was working for me!!! Weight loss supplement nothing. So I tried but another expensive experience that did nothing!!! So to get this over with just diet and workout and if you’re in pain take Tylenol 650 mgs and just get through it. This is not real unless you’re LOADED!!!!

The owner talks a good game but there is no execution and the service is awful. If order a 30 day supply of medication you need to start ordering your refills 15 days ahead of time so plan on having to be in constant contact with them. If you have an issue do not plan on anyone addressing it.

Signed up because of Joe Rogan but is the worst company in this space. No support, all tech is broken and staff is so untrained. Just use function health, superpower, or direct from quest/labcorp. This company is a shady money grab to sell you shit you don’t need. And nobody to answer your support messages.

what they dont tell you - you will wait a month to be seen for your first appt. You obviously have to pay first not knowing this. their app, some AI bot will "tell you about your results". it is not informative or even worth the time listening too. I seriously recommend finding an alternative.
