I wanted to love this company after hearing about it on multiple podcasts but the customer service is TERRIBLE! You’re not cared for at all. It’s no different than a regular doctor who sees hundreds of patients a week. I had a peptide consult and the woman read everything about the peptide off a screen. I could have done that myself. I got the bloodwork for a year only to be told I needed to pay more for hormone spot testing. It’s just little expenses that you’re surprised with constantly. Any time I ask questions through the app it takes almost two weeks to get back to and everyone I talk to acts like they’ve never read my chart, including the nurses I’ve seen. Maybe the experience is better if you’re a celeb?? Super disappointed and will NEVER spend another dime with this company.

Make an appointment to get it cancelled 4 hours before my consultation, and then have it rescheduled for over 2 weeks out. This is my first impression of this company, and I think I’ll find some place else to go. Really disappointing.

I paid for the bloodwork, almost $500, and because I didn't get it done right away, and they changed up their system, I was told I had to pay again if I wanted to use them to get my bloodwork results. It makes no sense that they couldn't give me credit or something, but they said "sorry, we can't". Very disappointed in the terrible customer service, go ANYWHERE else for bloodwork and assistance with health.

I purchased Ways2Well’s bloodwork program on September 5, 2025 for $599. Because of other medical issues, I could not complete the labs during that first year. In September 2026 I contacted them to use the service I had already paid for. I was told I had waited too long and that my benefits were cancelled. In that same month they charged my account $699 for another year of the same service I had never received. I explained that I never used the first purchase, never agreed to a new $699 price, and wanted either the unused year honored or a refund of the second charge. They refused both. I paid for a service I did not get, was denied the chance to use it when I was ready, and was billed again anyway. That is not customer care. It is billing first. I would not buy from this company again. If you sign up, screenshot the checkout terms, calendar the renewal date, and cancel in writing before the year is up. Do not assume unused labs will still be available.

I purchased the Ways2well bloodwork to get a detailed blood test. It cost about $500 for two separate test over time. The AI app is fine, but can’t get the test results for the bloodwork. They sent me to Quest Lab and they took my blood. W2W said results are delayed but will be sent. I keep asking for results and now they indicated Quest has no record of me. I have been trying to get my money back and they told me no. I continue to request response and only get text responses thru app. This morning at 9:45am I texted thru app and it is now 7:33pm. They have my $500 and took 4 vials of blood and I have nothing. I am now reaching out to my credit card company to dispute transaction since no services rendered.

Apparently, Ways2Well found a cure for supply-chain problems: wait a year, revive a subscription I thought was dead, charge an old credit card, and ship supplements to a house I no longer live in. I did their full workup several years ago. The provider seemed rushed, checked the boxes, and spent more time pushing supplements and testosterone than making me feel like I was getting thoughtful care. I bought their supplements for several months. Then Ways2Well notified me they were pausing orders because of supply issues. I stopped buying and using their products for well over a year and reasonably believed the subscription was done. Surprise. More than a year later, they suddenly had supplies again, charged a credit card I rarely use, and shipped an order to my old address without any meaningful warning. I tried to email them, but apparently customer service also comes with conditions—you have to use their app. The original experience felt sales-driven. The surprise billing made it worse. Overall, I found the entire experience dishonest, frustrating, and disappointing. I will not use Ways2Well again.

I highly do not recommend Ways2Well as a woman seeking HRT. I've been a patient since the beginning of the year, and on HRT for over three years total. My experience here has been marked by a serious communication gap. I was never notified in advance that labs were required before my next refill, I only found out after my prescription had already run out. When I requested a refill, I was told no and that it was policy, then the chat was closed. There was no phone number available to call; the only way to reach anyone was through messaging, and it took over a week. It wasn't until my asking why the policy seemed to be applied differently to my husband before they finally sent me a number I could call. I had scheduled my labs the very next day after being notified. The delay was not caused by missed appointments or by me failing to follow through, it was on their end. The lack of a direct line to reach someone made an already stressful situation worse. For a therapy where consistency matters, patients need a reliable way to reach a real person, not just a chat that closes with no follow-up or concern. After my lab draw, I asked for a bridge prescription to cover the gap and was told no again, that I'd have to wait for labs to come back and be reviewed before an appointment. That puts me at over a month without medication. Going without HRT for that long after three-plus years on it comes with real symptoms, and that didn't seem to register as a concern on their end. I would understand if I had caused the delay myself, but that wasn't the case here. Very disappointing experience. I will not be renewing after this year.

Like a lot of people I was apprehensive about paying $560 (this is before my $30 discount) to have blood work done that my primary provider does for a $20 copay (exact same test were run) but after 2 years of just getting another prescription with zero results and buying into the Joe Rogan / Jelly Roll hype I figured I’d give it shot……Huge mistake. Signed up on a Sunday night and was able to get my blood drawn 3 days later…..Not too bad. Took 5 business days for the results….Still not too bad. When it was time to schedule my consultation……30 days wait……huh When I inquired about getting something sooner it was explained to me that “we’re very busy and that is the average wait time”…… 7 days later I received a message that my new appointment was the following week, apparently there was a cancelation…..little better During the consultation we reviewed what supplements I was already taking…..One of them was I was taking was Magnesium and COQ-10…..The Nurse told me I needed to stop taking them and take the W2W TriMag Max 350mg which is a…..Magnesium / COQ-10 complex….$39.00 vs the $27.00 I paid for both supplements They they recommended I take Red Yeast Rice which they sent me a link to order…..$59.00 through there recommendation….$12.00 on Amazon for a product with same dosages. Next they wanted me to take 2 prescription…..But. 5 working days to process the prescription, 10 working days to ship…..$522 payment due immediately. Now keep in mind you can go to your primary, get the same prescription and go pick with a lower copay all in the same day…… Now it’s time to refill 1 of my prescriptions (Wolverine Peptide stack) only the pharmacy they make you use (Revive) is out of part of the stack with no idea when it will come in, they are willing to sell me 1/2 of the ingredients in the for the same price I would pay if a combo-stack They did have another pharmacy they had everything in stock…..But it was double the price of what I just paid….And regardless of which option I choose, 3-5 day wait to process the prescription, 10 days to ship….. A couple other things that made me feel odd…..There seems to be ZERO personal interaction…..It done through the AI associate, messaging or Zoom meetings. They are also horrible at responding to messages sent through the W2W site….I was told on a Tuesday the stack I wanted to refill would be at the pharmacy on Friday…Ok let’s do that….Only on Thursday night I received another message now telling me there was some confusion….We don’t know when it’s coming in…. I have my follow up in Nov as part of my initial sign up but after that, there ZERO chance I’m going to continue…..I feel while their intentions are good, as long as you have Joe Rogan promoting them on his POD cast, bringing in 1000’s of new customers there is no effort to actually improve their system…..It seems like they don’t care if these loose customers who have already paid to the service, they already got your money and there a hundred more willing to fill your space……I’m adding this on 8/3/26……One of the big issues is having to use Revive RX Pharmacy, the prices are higher then expected and the 5-10 day wait times are ridiculous…..Well that pharmacy is also owned by the same person who owns Ways 2 Well…..Brigham Buhler……This means he 100% can control customer satisfaction and fulfillment needs….
