I only had my initial apt with provider Joseph and he was so rude and insincere. He asked me to tell him about myself and not even two sentences in he is cutting me off and throwing a bunch of data at me. Which if he had given me time to talk I could have explained I understand all that and that wasn’t the problem. The 30 min consult followed that theme the entire time; him interrupting me and spewing a bunch of data at me, acting really unconcerned with my problems and I felt more or less like I was a waste of his time. He wanted to give me a bunch of supplements without even taking initial blood work first, which seems sketchy. They also have no customer service on their website just their AI that provides no help. I really had high hopes to just get some help with fatigue and a lot of joint pain I’m having but honestly this place just sucked! Costumer service sucked, provider sucked, high cost sucks. I’m glad they can flaunt all the celebrities they help thought. 🤮

Ways@Well? hm... more like Ways2Hell
I have already wasted too much of my time with this huge disappointment with Ways2Well experience. I wish I had researched this site prior to the purchase of two subscriptions for both my wife and myself. I don't have to go into detail about our negative experience, because all the negative reviews on this site reflect our same experience. It was actually worse. The supplement stack recommended by our person (I say "person" because I am not sure what her education was. It certainly was not MD.) sent my wife into a serious dark hole due to the interactions of the supplements with her thyroid medication of which the person was aware. After doing research on my own, the mistakes in the Ways2Hell person's recommendations was clear. It is only a matter of time for the malpractice law suits will destroy the entire idea of telehealth medicine. It sounds like a good answer to our broken medical system, but it most certainly is not. The human body is too complicated.

They are a fraudulent company
They are a fraudulent company. When requesting an increase in dosage, the response is prolonged and unresponsive. 4 months and no weight loss. They are extremely expensive compared to other weight loss companies. I would not endorse them or their products.

Greedy and unscrupulous business practices
EDITED TO ADD: This horrible company finally refunded half of our membership fee, but not until I started writing about what they did to me and filing complaints about it. I still would advise steering clear of them. It will save you a lot of grief!

I joined Ways2Well (W2W) to enroll in a peptide program aimed at improving my health. The annual fee I paid was $600. Since then, my experience with this company has been terrible! My husband set up my account and accidentally made a typo in my birth date. For some strange reason, you cannot edit your personal information yourself, so we kept trying over and over to get them to correct the information. You would think this would be a simple thing, but it took them well over a month to correct it. They are horribly inefficient. The first thing they require is blood work, which you get at the lab of your choice and pay for yourself. The excessive amount of time it took for them to correct my birth date caused a problem when I tried to get my blood work done at the end of March because it did not match the birth date on my drivers license. The lab was not going to do the test until I showed them the messages my husband had submitted in an effort to get the error corrected. Again, W2W is terribly inefficient! Their inefficiency and failure to correct one simple birth date in a timely manner caused multiple delays in the entire process. They kept telling me I needed to get the blood work even though I had already done that! The only thing this company did for me was eventually give me the results of the lab work in the form of some reports that I'm certain are simply computer generated and then emailed. The next step was to set a phone appointment with their nurse practitioner in order to obtain a prescription for the peptides. They set me up for six weeks out on May 22. About three days before the appointment W2W sent me a text message letting me know that if they didn't receive my questionnaire by the end of day, they would cancel my appointment with the nurse. What questionnaire??? They responded that the questionnaire was on their app. If they could send me a text letting me know they were going to cancel the nurse appointment if they didn't receive the questionnaire, couldn't they at least have sent me a text message in early May letting me know there was a questionnaire I needed to complete? A little courtesy goes a long way! Instead of being courteous, and even though they had had over a month to inform me of this, they waited until the appointment date had nearly arrived. In the days preceding the appointment date, I had several medical appointments, and did not have a lot of time to sit down and answer the lengthy questionnaire. Nonetheless, I got it done and submitted it that day. On the day of the appointment, I was ready and waiting for the nurse to call me. The call never came so I contacted W2W and let them know. They said there should have been a link on their app that took me to a video call with the nurse. This was news to me as I had not been informed of this! Since my husband had already gone through the process, he looked on my W2W app for the link, but there was no link anywhere. Again, W2W is extremely inefficient and unorganized! I told W2W that I'm done. It had been one problem after another with them, and I requested a full refund since basically I paid a lot of money and received nothing of value in return. They refused to refund my membership fee. This company is unscrupulous, greedy, and untrustworthy. They screwed me over and don't care at all. If you are interested in getting peptides to help your health problems, find another company. This company charged me a whopping $600 for absolutely nothing. The law says that if you render money for services, you must receive something of value in return. I received nothing of value from Ways2Well. Please don't ignore their low Trust Pilot score.

RUN the other way
I’m six months in to my first year membership and it’s been absolutely awful. It seems they got too big too fast or something. It went from 24-48 hours reply time to now 2-3 days but really it might be never unless I call to follow up.
I’d say a kind estimate of the refill/dosage/formula mistakes in six months is about a dozen.
Can’t detail for you the absolute nightmare of trying to get progesterone refilled with correct dosage but it took a month. Yes- a month of me texting in the app, calling repeatedly. It was more stress that perimenopause.
I dread having to ask for anything at this point.
Plus- not a single improvement yet. Not one. About three thousand dollars in bloodwork, peptides. Supplements and meds but not one improvement yet.
The clinician says it’s my estradiol and then it will all click into place but I am so ready to crack from the stress of dealing with them…
I hate this experience with them.
Reverse course and find another clinic until they get their act together.
That guy that goes on Rogan needs to apologize to all of us.

Love Ways2Well
Love Ways2Well! Started with a consult, then downloaded the app. I ordered my compounded Tirzepatide through them. Orders are quick and reliable. Customer Support answers within 24-48 hours, always very helpful. Cannot recommend enough, have lost 28lbs and still going!

The worst customer service in the industry.
I gave Ways2Well multiple opportunities to resolve a time-sensitive issue before an international trip and was repeatedly given false assurances that everything would be handled. After countless calls, chats, and promises of escalation that never happened, they finally sent my medication — except the dosage was completely wrong. Now they expect me to pay out of pocket to correct THEIR mistake instead of taking responsibility. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and disregard for patient care is honestly shocking. Their marketing about patient support and service does not match the reality whatsoever. This has been one of the worst healthcare/customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

I really wanted to love this company…
I really wanted to love this company with how much good stuff I heard on podcasts, but it’s been a disaster since day one. I figured I’d get the cancer screening test and do the financing they offer through their link. It was a second party company so I had to put in how much I wanted a loan to be. I put in 5k I figured I’d get the test and everything else they offer. Well come to find out I can only use it for the test and nothing else and the finance company still charged me 500$ finances charge and wanted to charge me a insane amount to return the rest of the funds. It blew my mind nothings listed clear anywhere. I called and it was like no one knew anything. Finally someone helped make it right but I still am paying a huge finance charge for the whole 5k not what I only could use. I would have just got enough for the test had it been clear on ways2well or the company’s
Sites. After that I got my test had it done sent it in got 0 tracking, I had no idea what happened with it. After like 3 weeks finally they find my kit and Appearntly the labs system had some kind of error and never sent the results over. So to be honest I don’t even know if my results are true or just made up because of this error. Ontop of that this nurse calls me and it seems rushed, and she couldn’t even tell me an answer to a question about a result, the whole purpose of the phone call. So for over 2000$ it was a huge headache and waste of money.
