The people made the experience awesome. From the phone consultations leading up to my visit to everyone in the office once I arrived, they were great. They covered everything I needed to know and were always available to answer questions. I will definitely return for more therapies in the future and will encourage my friends and family to give W2W a try.

I had a great experience at the Ways2Well Houston location! The staff was amazing, especially Erika and David, who were both awesome and made the entire process easy and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The service overall was excellent, and everything was smooth and straightforward. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend Ways2Well, especially the Houston location, to anyone looking for a great experience!

Everyone at the ATX longevity lab that I have got to know while getting treatments has just been wonderful. They are super knowledgeable about all things health-related. I go there for various treatments and really appreciate how dedicated they are to maximizing the value I get each time I’m there. Attention to detail and care is outstanding. The vibe is great as well.

I wanted to love this company after hearing about it on multiple podcasts but the customer service is TERRIBLE! You’re not cared for at all. It’s no different than a regular doctor who sees hundreds of patients a week. I had a peptide consult and the woman read everything about the peptide off a screen. I could have done that myself. I got the bloodwork for a year only to be told I needed to pay more for hormone spot testing. It’s just little expenses that you’re surprised with constantly. Any time I ask questions through the app it takes almost two weeks to get back to and everyone I talk to acts like they’ve never read my chart, including the nurses I’ve seen. Maybe the experience is better if you’re a celeb?? Super disappointed and will NEVER spend another dime with this company.
