My meeting with Steffani
Had my 6 month bloodwork check-up with Steffani today. She was so friendly, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. This was my first visit with Steffani and she knew my chart and was very well informed. She had great ideas on how to make my supplementation schedule more manageable with W2W products and I'm looking forward to a 3- month check-in with her to see how things are going.

After months of mysterious health…
After months of mysterious health issues, multiple doctor visits, and several antibiotics later, I FINALLY got answers as to what was really going on with my body, after being told that my hormonal birth control I was on “couldn’t have anything to do with my problem” only to find out, it actually was a huge part of my issue. After a thorough 45min review with my amazing nurse practitioner, I am now on proper supplements and appropriate hormone replacement therapy and am feeling better now at 38, than I did in my mid 20’s. I cannot recommend WAYS2WELL enough and am going to encourage all of my family and friends to try their services. They are the future of healthcare!

I completed the blood work without any issues. I received a call indicating that my 1:1 consultation was scheduled. The call was very informative. The document was very detailed! I am implementing their advise based upon the data. Very satisfied!

Do not recommend
Not transparent at all. You don’t find out which “provider” you’ll see until after you pay, and the specific labs included aren’t listed upfront either. My provider ended up being a nurse practitioner with no apparent advanced training in functional or integrative medicine. (They don't have any MDs/DOs). She simply read through the lab results, recommended a few supplements and a paleo diet, and completely overlooked a dangerously high HS-CRP level — which turned out to be related to a pericardial effusion. There was no effort to investigate further or recommend appropriate follow-up. If you’re just looking for general wellness data, sure- but other companies are better and cheaper. But be warned — it could be potentially harmful if you're relying on this for legitimate medical insight or guidance. Also- the video chat was laughable... all you could only see the upper half of her face. Not professional at all.
