I paid in full for my blood work and consultation. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on their end that delayed the process. Later, I was told there was a “time frame” to complete a make-up appointment — something I was never informed of, nor did I sign or acknowledge any agreement about. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told I’d have to pay again for the same services, with the explanation that their policies are listed on their website. However, a website policy is not a binding contract, and I never consented to those terms. To make matters worse, they changed their program into a membership model without notifying existing clients. Even if I had been within the eligibility window for the re-exam and blood work, they were still attempting to charge an additional $500 for this new membership. This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels unfair, especially given that I paid in full and acted in good faith. I truly expected better transparency and accountability from this company.

Whether in-clinic or via telemed, I have always had good experiences with Ways2Well. Jolynn & Erika greeted me and got my appointment started. David Bush was amazing in locating just the right spots for my knee and thumb to optimize the benefits of my cell therapy. Days later and I continue to be happy with my experience at the Houston clinic and the therapy I received. Thank you Ways2Well!

Sooooo disappointed. I paid $549 in July. Had my blood work done and met with a provider via online about the results. Went to do a follow up and was told I needed to now pay $599 to join a yearly membership!? I have no idea how previous customers were not told that everything had changed and at least provided some compensation towards a membership. Super disappointment knot to mention when you call you speak with someone who has kids screaming in the background making it hard to feel that this is professional at all.

I was forced to give at least one star, but they deserve negative numbers related to their service. It is a scam. They are not transparent with their business practices. They require you to give them biometric data in order to get simple blood test results. I noticed after i paid them and they sent me the link and information to create an account in their "charm" portal that this was required. I called and complained and asked for a refund. They gave me 100% assurance that the portal was optional and I could have the labs mailed to my home. (Note that to track them down and get to this conversation was no easy task. They say their Chatbot Allen can help you with anything. Good luck with that. I have not had it work once since all this started). Anyway, I took them at their word, scheduled the labs with Quest, showed up there, did the blood draw and used their QR/Bar code order, so I paid nothing at that time. I asked Quest how they would send me the results and they said that they wouldn't. Given that the payment was made with the slip of paper from Ways2Well, Ways2Well would get the results, and I would need to contact them to have them mailed to me, which I summarily did. Again, getting them on the phone, not easy, getting them to do anything even more impossible. After repeatedly telling them I had no intention of using their portal, which i would have never bought their service had they not lied to me and told me that would not be required, I asked repeatedly for a refund. I was told this was impossible. I argued about it and was told a supervisor would reach out to me for resolution. Well as you can see, I'm here ranting about how dishonest they were by taking my $549 and providing me nothing but inconvenience, and headaches. I never write reviews, but these people are terrible. It's absolute disgrace that they have been elevated on platforms like TC and JR, and those are high trust people. They really should put disclaimers on their episodes. I believe their operating procedures rise to the level of absolute fraud. Buyer beware as they say. This is to say nothing of what they do with your biometric and medical data. Anyone want to bet they are selling it and compromising you in ways they neglect to inform you about. I don't have proof on that, and I'm just asking questions that you should consider for yourself.

I started with W2W at beginning of this year with full labs and then a follow up this month, from start to finish everything has been easy to coordinate, great follow up, and making huge results from little tweaks they made for me in between the 2 labs!!! Definitely all in the right direction and appreciate the entire W2W staff!!!

The blood work report is extensive and beneficial. The advice is so helpful and the clinician makes sure your questions are answered and you understand what you should do next. They are a true partner in your health journey. I'm excited about what I can accomplish and look forward to living an active retirement life with my wife, children and grandchildren.

After spending a year seeing doctors and getting no where, I found ways2well. Signing up with them was the absolute BEST decision I have ever made. Not only am I feeling so much better, I am NOT on unnecessary prescriptions that the doctors were trying to put me on. My blood work has come back confirming we are making all the right decisions. I love how attentive everyone is. The staff and providers are amazing! I highly recommend ways2well. Know one knows your body like you do, listen to it!

Their new app is fantastic…it organizes all my results and even tracks my biological age. At 42, I’m testing at 34, which is proof enough that their approach works. My family and friends also use W2W, and we all agree the difference is night and day. Better energy, better sleep, better everything. If you want to feel optimal and stay on top of your health, this is the team to trust.
