Hi there, It’s been 3 weeks since the shoes arrived back at your US facility. According to your return policy, the refund should be processed within 10 business days. However, I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve emailed customer service a couple of times but haven’t received any response. Very disappointing 🥲

My local USPS completely messed up my delivery. As in they were never delivered! Still very mad about it! However, Tina at Way of Wade was incredible. I am very impressed with the company as a whole. Not only was this not their fault at all but they refunded the order so we could order another pair for my daughter's last volleyball season! This isnt her first pair of these shoes so we already know we will love them but the company making it right even though it wasn't my or their mistake was extremely professional and generous! Had they been delivered correctly, they would have come very quickly as well! Thanks so much again!

Overall the experience was a 9.5/10. The WoW Ultra 5's were near perfect fit, only con being that the toe box fit slightly longer than my original size, but i dont reccomend sizing down for people with wide feet. The insoles are have the best quality and performance than any other hoop shoe ive tried. The traction was great, performance was great, it feels light and bouncy. With the unique colorways they offer, people are always asking what shoes im wearing and who made them. The shoes are a bit pricey for just hoops but its a great investment and its my go-to for inside runs. The only reason this wasnt a complete 10/10 is that the shipping times are a little longer than expected. The inventory is outsourced in china so it took at least a week and some change to get to me. But other than that, the shoes are amazing quality and worth it.

This time we went with the "Way of Wade 10 Low "White Hot" Needed an all white shoe to go with our uniforms. Delivery time was early by 3 days. can't argue with that. Caught the sale, so minus $51 from the normal price. Win Look and feel? Just as advertised online. Pure white. No dings in the material, no frays, and no other visible issues. Fit: Snug as a bug in a rug. Felt very stable. Haven't worn my ankle braces since I have got these. Zero concerns about the support of the uppers. Laces lock down great. The grip is unmatched even on dusty courts. Durability. So far. Play twice a week since I got them. Tread looks good as far as wear, very durable. No issues with the seams and molding is solid. I honestly have not seen the issues others have posted with. This includes everyone at the gym that wears them. No complaints. None. I even have team mates trying to borrow my old pair. There is nothing wrong with them either and that was a little over two years ago. Maybe a little dirty, but they feel great. I'll give a edit update after my college season is over in November.

Terrible quality shoes. Followed their size guide and shoes are too small. No return or exchange for Canada. An utter waste of $300.
