Customer service by Chole was very professional and helpful with sorting out a return. Things to improve: Cover the cost of returning their product. Change their return policy of being able to try the shoes on and still able to return.

These are very comfortable shoes and effective in-game. When my original pair needed to be replaced due to a defect, the customer service was very polite and responsive. I had an email that replacement was approved the same day (over a weekend no less). Great experience.

Bought my daughter a pair of shoes for this volleyball season and after 1 week of playing the sole near the toe started peeling up causing her to trip up when she’s serving and they just got worse from there. After contacting the company they would not help us because apparently no one else was having issues. They just stopped responding to our messages. This is unacceptable! We even sent pictures of the damage. These shoes were not cheap and now we have to buy a new pair of shoes for the rest of the season. I’m disappointed we took a risk on this company. Never again.

These shoes look fantastic, the materials feel very high quality, they are very bouncy which helps with jumping and absorbing the fall after a jump, and finally they are extremely durable.
