I have ordered shoes from this company multiple times, the only reason being each time i ordered a size too small. but even though i emailed multiple times every time i email the customer service was excellent.

Way of wade 808 5 ultra This shoe has really good cushioning and is very light, but unfortunately is lacking in terms of durability for me. After only a couple runs in these shoes, a big piece of the outsole broke off from the bottom. The shoe is very good in all areas except durability, will try to look into a different model from way of wade.

Wore my all city 13s for 4 months and the side exploded. I luckily avoided serious injury. I reached out to customer service and they said they will not do a refund because it was out of warranty and it wasn't "their fault" because I was using doctor issued foot insoles for plantar fasciitis. I've used these insoles on Nike and Adidas shoes and never had this issue. Needless to say, very disappointed in the shoe and the customer service experience. All they offered was a $15 coupon. Would avoid and just stick to the other options.
